It is always super clean inside and I appreciate how prompt everyone is in taking orders and making sure it is correct. The food is made to order and
Hot. We enjoy getting the chicken cordon bleu, reuben, or the italian. The honey mustard is amazing at penn station wish we could find it out somewhere. Their fries are always a billion times better than anywhere else because they are fresh cut.
The only downside is the bathrooms are small and we have twin babies so it wasn’t plausible to change them. I am not even sure if they had a changing table now that I think of it.

We’ve been to this Penn Station many times because we really like their food but we hadn’t been there in a while. The food was yummy as usual. The hubs had his normal Philly steak and I had the teriyaki chicken in a wrap. However, this Sunday was nicer than usual. They had a new employee or at least new to us named Will. It was incredibly refreshing to see someone who was going above and beyond, friendly (yet still professional) and simply trying to do his job really well. I mentioned it to the manager Aaron. He agreed. Employees like this deserve to be mentioned. Will, thanks for doing a great job!

Service is friendly.
Sandwiches are pretty good, but they don’t put much meat on the sandwiches anymore.
The fries are also hit or miss on how they’re cooked.

I love Penn Station.. but something about this location needs to change.
Every single time I go there I order the same thing, and every single time it is made wrong. Every. Single. Time. Even though we go over the order with them 3 or 4 times at the register. Its not like its complicated either. Its just the club with no tomato, no honey mustard and add onion. Idk why thats hard but apparently it is lol. They ALWAYS put the honey mustard on it or forget the onion.
I like the food, but i dont like getting home and either having to turn around and go back, or eat the expensive sandwich that was made wrong. At this point I probably just wont go back again.
Its too expensive to not be made properly.
One other thing, the smell in there is not pleasant. It smells really bad… like maybe they have some kind of moisture or mold issue.

Stopped here for lunch because the location near my employer on (Chamberlain Lane) is having “issues”..but that’s another story in itself. A co worker suggested I go to this location off Blankenbaker and I’m glad I did. The sandwich was cooked and prepared perfectly. They also fixed my food really fast. I asked for pickles on the side, and realized I didn’t have them in my nag, but the young man with the long ponytail was more than helpful and accommodating. The gentleman with the ponytail was very pleasant and very well mannered, saying please and thank you to every customer, very personable and friendly. When you look for employees to work for you, these are the qualities that really stand out. Superior service.

There is something with this location. Is this my chicken teriyaki? Their quality is getting worst.

It’s QUALITY over QUANTITY! Portion sizes are as MINIMAL as POSSIBLE ON MEAT! $47.00 for Dried out Fries and Three 9″ Subs! I RETURNED the FRIES that were COLD, DRIED OUT at $6.95 Snarky women working 5/19/23 at 8pm acting like they hate their jobs. The guy was professional at least.

Penn Station is just OK to me. I feel like there are better sub options in town. This particular store is always crowded, always slow, and always unkept. The food is decent, but the overall experience is usually so-so.

I took lunch here for work one day. My food was great and the employees were great, hard working, and really friendly. The only problem I had was during the time I was there in the middle of a lunch rush, the manager of the establishment up and left in the middle of the shift and never returned, which cause unnecessary stress for the employees and caused a massive delay in between food being brought out because of the manager walking out in the middle of shift. Which I think is completely unacceptable from a manager. I do want to applaud the employees who were there getting through the rush which being Trevor, Tyler, and Nana. They assisted me with the delay on my food and handled the lunch rush as best as they could.

Almost $18 dollars for this meal. I won’t be returning to Penn Station since they care more about money. This was an insult to subs out there. If I was you I would go to another sub shop and get more food for the same price you pay here
