My experience at Popeyes was great from start to finish. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and ordering was quick and easy. The atmosphere was welcoming, which made the visit enjoyable .

This is the first time this has happened here. Fried chicken not cooked all the way through started to get cold in the middle. Never again. This is the Rayne, LA 70578 location. Could guarantee that I will not be the only one tonight August 31st 2025. Yep this date will be to remember not to order here again.

In what logical sense does it take 47 minutes to receive a 5 piece tender combo when you are the only customer in line. I sat waiting in the parking lot for 47 minutes only to find out when I finally looked at my receipt that I was charged for other items that I didn’t even order. Stop asking what sauce do people want because its never in the bag, And then the food comes out cold? Someone needs to explain whats going on here. This is a regular occurrence at this location and today I’ve finally learned my lesson about ordering food here.

I recently visited Popeyes and was absolutely impressed with my meal. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with that signature blend of Cajun spices that gives it that kick of flavor. I visited your location at 1423 The Blvd, Rayne, LA 70578 and ordered a chicken sandwich and another combo. When I received my order, the sandwich was cold. After taking one bite, it was clear that the chicken was either very old or not fully cooked, which raised serious concerns about food quality and safety.
I returned to the order window to notify the associate, but after waiting, no one came to address the issue. Because I was on a tight schedule, I had to leave and attempted to contact the restaurant by phone. Instead of receiving assistance or acknowledgment, the associate hung the phone up on me after I informed her of the issue.
This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standard of customer care I expect from any Popeyes location. I will be reaching out to corporate headquarters to report these negligent actions and to ensure this matter is properly addressed.

When I come home to Louisiana, our first food stop is POPEYES. We stopped off in Rayne, a location we hadn’t stopped in a couple years. Jasmine and her staff did not disappoint. I noticed they were short staffed but the service was spot on and what I’ve grown to expect from our trips back home. Thanks for giving our boys and family some grace, while road tripping.

Unless you like sitting in a drive thru for 42 minutes just to place an order then being pulled up to wait another 20 minutes for them to walk it out to you, don’t come here. There is a Waffle House right behind it that will serve you to-go much quicker.

Went to Popeyes Friday night ,waited almost 20 minutes to get greeted when I finally pulled around I seen the young lady working by herself no manager in sight .. so I got down to go to the bathroom and seen the manager the heavy set one in the hall way higher up with a man when there is literally a line wrapped in the drive thru .. this is way unacceptable went to talk to the head manager the following morning just to find all doors lock tried calling the restaurant phone it’s like the phone was turned off … corporate needs to come to this location because it’s always something over here.. they either don’t have the products or they pulled you up and food still be cold

Nice people and could actually go inside, seat at the table, and relax. Place is clean and team is friendly. I even got a complimentary apple pie as a sample and man it’s good. Thank you for making eating experience positive and making chicken so crispy and yet, juicy.
