Saw this place on Google map as I typed in “food near me”. It caught my attention. A little difficult to find. Let me tell you, this was the best Chinese food that I have had in years. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The atmosphere had alot of need. Staff was very very nice and friendly. We had leftovers enough for a large dinner. I will definitely return when I get back in the neighborhood.

The chow mein was like eating oiley noodles with little to no flavor. The orange chicken was edible, however it wasn’t enjoyable. It was pre-frozen popcorn chicken drenched in a very basic orange sauce. After trying these two dishes, it became very clear that this is not an authentic Chinese restaurant, and nothing is made from scratch. This restaurant is more comparable to the quality at Panda express, but with a price point closer to Benihana’s.
Moving on to the boba tea they had to offer, the boba balls were incredibly hard, like eating marbles through a straw. The beef and broccoli, pre-frozen, wattery, & tasted like freezer burn. The rice was about all they did right, and to be honest.. it’s incredibly hard to mess up rice.
Also, there is a notable homeless encampment nearly 20 feet away from the front door of this place. So you’re gonna smell the pungent odor of urine just before you walk inside to order your food.
So for what it’s worth, if you plan on eating here, bring mace or a tazer as well.

This used to be the spot. Not anymore. Ordered two different types of chicken and both had very hard a stringy pieces of chicken. Some were rock solid and couldn’t be stabbed with a fork. The ones that were soaked in enough sauce were still hard stringy chicken on the inside. The chow mein was stale with bad flavor. Best thing I got from them was fried rice, and that is a low bar. And just like everywhere else, the prices skyrocket while the quality plummets.

We had the Mongolian chicken over steamed white rice. It is a TON of food! The red and green bell peppers still had a slight crisp, the chicken was tender, and it had some heat! This dish had so much flavor that it was impossible to describe. We both thought it was DELICIOUS! We will be returning to have the same dish again and try others!

The box of food I had gotten from pickup order on Friday was split totally in half and pieces of it inside my food. Couldn’t get a refund. My and my child had a lot of diarrhea afterwards. Not ever going back here again.

Nice flavored lomein…. Charred with a nice flavor. Huge portions go along with the prices. Used a Groupon of which saved us even more! Yummy smoothues that are not overly sweet.

A small cozy place. Nice, clean interior with plenty of tables/chairs to accomodate your group.
I order the Salt and Pepper Shrimp over Fried Rice… Wow! What a delicious meal! The cost is moderate, but the plates are big! The flavors are even bigger! I will definitely be back when I return to this part of Sacramento.
Don’t judge a book by it’s cover, a great location, that isn’t flashy or visually appealing. The food makes up for it.

Placed a phone call order of the lunch special. $13.00 flat and the food is HOT and fresh. And the portion size?!? This meal can feed two comfortably. Taste just like your Chinese-American food. Hits the spot when you’re on your lunch break.
