El Jimador Mexican Restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly hospitality that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting and perfect for family dinners, date nights, or just catching up with friends over some great Mexican food.
The food was nothing short of delicious! Every dish was full of fresh flavor and perfectly seasoned and you can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The chips and salsa came out fresh and crispy, and the entrees were cooked to perfection. Whether it’s the sizzling fajitas, flavorful tacos, or cheesy enchiladas, everything was spot on.
What really made our visit special, though, was the excellent customer service. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, constantly checking to make sure everything was great and that our drinks stayed full. They truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional.
Overall, El Jimador Mexican Restaurant in Raleigh gets a solid 5 stars from me. Great food, great people, and great vibes! I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

This is my new favorite Mexican spot! The food is delicious, staff is friendly, service is great! I’ve tried a few different menu items and loved each of them (quesadilla, burrito, tacos, ACP). Their margaritas are WORTH every penny! Delicious and strong 🙂 100% would recommend!

This place never disappoints! Excellent service, huge portions and a fantastic vibe under one roof. Whether it’s date night, birthday or quick lunch this is my favorite spot in the area. Their drinks are unparalleled and the food is always hot. Have a great time every visit.

One of the best Mexican restaurants around. Delicious and filling and less than 15 minutes from me. I’ve never had pineapple water. It was refreshing and it comes in a huge beer like glass.
My only complaint—bring a coat because it was chilly. I figured it’s because the sun had just gone down and with lots of windows, it can get a little toasty. After a Frozen Margarita (which was amazing) and after my perfectly cooked and flavored food came out I wasn’t even thinking about the cold. I will definitely be back SOON!

Loved this restaurant. Home made Guacamole made right at your table. excellent. It was delicious and so was all the other dishes that we ate. I highly recommend this great little Mexican restaurant. Tacos. Were great , the chiladas were great. Just everything was delicious. Definitely going here again . The services was fast and friendly.

Food is fantastic every time we go! We’ve eaten here several times since they’ve opened, and never been disappointed! Decor is fun & a lot more effort seems to have been put into it compared to other local restaurants. Can be warm in the dining room (especially in the summer) as I don’t believe they have central air (or at least it seemed that way) but aside from that, the food and service are 5/5!

The service was excellent. We were a group of 10 there for lunch and celebrating Christmas. Two of us ordered the nachos and felt that they were missing flavor and seasoning. Adding some salsa helped. Another person with our party experienced an issue (hair was found in her rice) but the manager handled that efficiently and effectively. Everyone else enjoyed their meal.
