Around 12:30 1/28/26 I walked in to an empty store and a miserable looking man behind the counter. ive been looking forward to the valentines day drinks
to drop so i smile at him and say hello, he does not return either. i get to the register and ask how hes doing and he is just standing there completely blank, so i take a moment to look over the menu and he quickly grows visibly impatient with me. i finally decide to do the toxic ‘ex-presso’ and i ask for protein milk and i ask him if its non-dairy, i have a dairy allergy, i make this very known. then im looking at the donuts, i have a friend that loves the brownie batter donuts and im looking at the full case of donuts but theres not a label for the brownie ones, theres a tray with majority pink hearts and 2 chocolate, i ask the man if they are filled and if so what, he says bavarian creme. so i just blatantly ask if they will be getting the brownie donuts this year and he then says he has 2 left. he grabs my donut and i pull my wallet out and he is standing behind the computer just looking at me, now i can see the screen that puts the total up but im very used to the employee at least prefacing the total and i wasnt sure if what i was seeing was correct so i try and ask him for the total and he just has a gross attitude about him, as if im inconveniencing him.
our interaction finally ended and the sweetheart that made my drink told me to have a good day and smiled at me, she really turned around how i felt walking out of the store. regardless i take a sip as i get in my car and another one or two while i let my engine warm up, very quickly i know that i was given dairy and i read the sticker and it just says milk, mind you the man did not miss me say protein milk, he had repeated it back to me and he did acknowledge the fact that i said non-dairy. so i walk back in and ask if its really nondairy because i know it isnt, he takes my drink from me and immediately has the girl remake my drink and tells me he didnt press the button, he does not offer me a refund and he cuts me off when i was going to ask for one because id rather have no coffee and not have an allergic reaction because of his blatant negligence.
(i just want to preface i am a barista and human!! so i completely understand a mistake and had he not been carrying such a terrible attitude the entire interaction i would not be upset by this, shit happens)
but he is repeating to the girl thats making my drink the syrups that go in it when it was very obvious she had an understanding of what she was making and she just wasnt told that i wanted protein milk originally, she handled herself better than i would’ve with his attitude. i feel sorry for his employees and i feel sorry for the amount of customers that have recieved mediocre service but didnt have the courage, time or patience to walk back in and have it fixed.
and a just a quick glance at the reviews i am incredibly shocked this dunkin is still operating.

The donuts were good as usual but the staff should know how to use their app for payment. I added money to my DD app so I could earn my points and pay and the associate did not know how to process my payment via the DD app. I also was prevented from being able to use the restroom.

Can we give negative stars for service. I mean Dunkin is everywhere and with the way this owner treats his customers I would literally rather give my money to any other establishment. It would be worth the time and gas to drive somewhere else. Wanted sprinkled donuts for my son’s birthday. The guy acted like I asked for his first born child. How dare I want sprinkled donuts, 2 whole dozen. Even though you had them. I said why would I pay for donuts that I do not want. Hello buddy. Customer comes first. Terrible business owner. And pathetic treatment of a customer with their young child.

Apparently, this location is for online orders. I was the only person who wanted to order from the counter. I was totally ignored by the staff of 2. A total of 8 customers was waiting for orders. My advice is they need to have more customer service. A word from staff, like “I’ll be with you shortly” can keep me as a customer. After waiting and seeing staff walk right past me, several times, I left and went to a nearby Wawa. The coffee was delicious and hot. Admittedly, I had to pour my own coffee but I’ll take that rather than being ignored.

The guy who works the register is the most miserable person on the planet. He reminded me of the soup Nazi from Seinfeld. One morning he refused to sell me 3 blueberry muffins. He told me I could only have one and I thought he was joking but turns out he was serious. I thought he was gonna say no muffins for you and tell me I was banned haha. I’ve been in there twice since that happened and got the same miserable guy So I don’t go there anymore. Maybe he’s just naturally like that but if that’s the case don’t have him at the register dealing with customers

Manager was a total jerk when I tried to order donuts. Acted like the donut police all because I wanted the same flavor and was so rude about it. Never going back to this branch ever again. Terrible service, especially from a business standpoint.

I was a baller for them in 1980. They actually made real donuts back then. The stretchy kind. They switched to a cake type flour in early 90s because they were lighter and it increased their margins. Donuts are mostly air now. Tasteless

Dunkin’ Donuts falls short with a 2-star rating from me. While the absence of a drive-thru is manageable, the storefront’s direct sun exposure makes waiting in line an uncomfortably warm experience. I observed an odd incident where a customer ahead of me ordered coffee and then requested a cup of ice. Surprisingly, despite having several iced coffees in production, the staff claimed the ice machine was broken and denied the ice request. This inconsistency left me disappointed and questioning the integrity of the service. Despite the convenience of their location, the encounter with the untruthful staff member leads me to believe my patronage would be better placed elsewhere.

My favorite Dunkin, fast service, consistent quality coffee. Get the app. for faster service.
Drive thru would be great but room for that.

Manager is rude, coffee is okay. Plenty of other coffee options in the area. Prices are outrageous compared to other Dunkin’s!
