We always love this Texas Roadhouse, the service and food are always consistently wonderful. Our waitress tonight Jadyn P. was top notch, making sure we had everything we needed A+ This particular Texas Roadhouse always brings back fond memories of my Dad, we would often eat there together. Everything on the menu is great, I’ve never had anything bad here. I especially love the soft warm rolls with honey cinnamon butter. Thank you!!!
PS it’s always a good idea to get an online reservation. This place is very popular

Excellent experience!!! The fam had my burrrfff-day dinner here and it was FAN-TAB! Small wait to be seated, but definitely expected for the 3rd Saturday in October SEC football! We were seated & greeted by Lainey, Bree & Nisa, who were super cute & great @ small talk! Immediately after we were seated, we were greeted by our server, Abi who had our drink & app orders in before we could unroll the utensils! Salads were crisp & cold and the dinner entrées were sizzlin’ & steamin’! Great atmosphere while dining! Always great see fellow Vol- Nation’ers in our timeless Tennessee orange! Definitely recommend the Roadhouse for pop-in lunches, dinner dates, solo drink & dine @ the bar & birthday gatherings!

My mom and I meet at Texas Roadhouse every other week to catch up, and it’s become our go-to spot. The service is always great, and the staff is very attentive without ever making us feel rushed.
The food is consistently good, and we usually spend about an hour there just talking and enjoying our time together. It’s the perfect place for a relaxed meal and quality conversation.
And let’s be honest — it’s also the best place to grab those warm, buttery rolls… which may or may not have been turned into a rolls bouquet at some point. No regrets.
We always leave full, happy, and already planning our next visit!

We had 6 people at the table. All food was lukewarm which is very not satisfying. I work for Food Department and food needs to go out as soon comes out from stove. Your food been sitting on counter waiting for server for who know how long. Try better next time. We won’t come back

Frequent visitor one of my favorites…
However,
5 Stars for Food,
1 Star for Service… trash (Kinzel location)
2 Stars for Atmosphere ( not the ppl, the influence of the server on guests)
Food (5 Stars): As a frequent, loyal customer, I can confidently say the food is always excellent. What I ordered was delicious, and the chef was clearly at the top of their game.
Service (1 Star): Unfortunately, the service was a complete letdown. For a table of TWO with separate checks and 3 additional to-go orders-on one. Our server was visibly impatient. She repeatedly tried to walk away before we could finish our requests.
Atmosphere (2 Stars): The experience was made worse during payment. My card was initially declined due to a security lock, but when I showed my mobile banking app, the server loudly and publicly disputed me. It was humiliating, and I was made to feel like I was trying to deceive her. The card worked just fine moments later, and it paid for the meal and tip, but the damage to the experience was done.
Final Thought: To make matters worse, my to-go order included burnt bread that was clearly inferior to the fresh bread served to dining-in guests. I am very disappointed with this visit and believe I deserve a refund for the poor quality of the bread and the unacceptable service.

I’m regular here and the staff is always friendly however the kitchen staff can not cook a steak correctly as of late I have had one done properly in my last 5 visits I always get medium rare and it’s almost always medium well, and the men’s room has been pretty bad it needs a deep cleaning in a very bad way.

Stopped in for lunch. Steak and shrimp meal was cooked just the way I like it. Dinner rolls seam to be bigger than I remember from last time I visited. Great table service.

From eating in there and ordering curbside, there’s just too many issues with this place. Hair found in my food inside on multiple occasions. (And the pulled pork is dry). And ordering curbside pickup, they’re never done on time and the food is always cold by the time you get it.
Edit: I’m pretty sure they gave us someone else’s order. We ordered two cheese fries appetizers. One came with chili randomly added and the other had ranch spilled in it? The ranch was in a separate container so it doesnt make sense for it to spill on it.

I called 4x to make a carry out order, only to be disconnected when hostess answered. So, I drove 12 miles to walk into place and order, the same “hostess” was there at the front. She said they do not longer take the item I requested, which I can understand. Howevet; I asked to speak to the manager because I was hung up on 4x. She said, ” THE phones not rang, I been here all afternoon. Which was a lie! I pulled my phone out to show them, long tall 18 year old manager said you wanna place an order, follow me…. proceeded to take me to an outside door, 25ft. Down the sidewalk… nasty waiting room, with no one there. Left me and said “she’ll take care of you”. The young girl said I gotta carry out but will be back in a few. What a terrible experience for this Texas Roadhouse. Every employee appeared to have just walked off the street, including the manager. I was so humiliated, I thought, maybe it was a bad day, then — WHAT AM I DOING STANDING HERE???? SO disrespectful. I actually can’t believe this happened. But it did, and I hope others know. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS “WANNA BE” Texas Roadhouse. They need a warning sign at the entrance!

We came to celebrate my father and stepmom’s 10th anniversary. We joined the wait list at 1:04, and we quoted 30-35 minutes. I replied “All” as directed in the text at 1:12 when we were all at the restaurant. 1:45, I Asked the service manager with the pink shirt (tall, skinny, glasses) that was running the host stand where we were on the list. He said “well you didn’t check-in”, but he didn’t want and see where I had followed the text directions. We stood there for 15 more minutes as we watched fill up his floor with 2 tops to make his lunch numbers look good for Ron Houser. He knew he had pissed me off, and when my father finally asked the hostess running people to the table he disappeared. Absolutely gutless…
Roadkill tasted like they dumped a whole bag of seasoning on it, it was half the size it should be. Green beans were mush, out of mash.
Mariah’s service was great though.
