Came in for dinner after a long day of work. The service was good, the building was nice and I ordered with my two coworkers. Then it took a little too long to get our dinner. However, the food was good. I had shrimp fajitas.

4.0, more like a 4.NO yes brutally honest. I really don’t understand how this restaurant has survived so many years. Maybe the salsa sales? Which in my opinion is a stretch because it’s mediocre at best. If I wanted left overs I could have had better at home. Chef mic was out in force. My wife’s plate came out half cold half screaming hot…. ON A CAFETERIA PLATE! Which we could have excused if it wasn’t reheated regurgitated trash from two days before. Then to top it off they served some Walmart special Guerrero tortillas. Really? With all the Mexican tortilla stores making fresh every day! I will never step foot in this place again. Unreal. I’m embarrassed for this establishment. You can do better.

I mean, $3.50 for an extra basket of chips? Really? We’re talking about tortilla chips here, not artisanal, hand-foraged truffle shavings.
Then came the real masterpiece: a $5 upcharge to add meat to a quesadilla. For five dollars, I expected something transformative—perhaps a revelation in protein form. Instead, it was… meat. Ordinary, unremarkable meat, tucked into an otherwise standard quesadilla like it was doing the restaurant a favor by being there.
Look, I’m all for supporting local businesses, but there’s a point where the pricing stops feeling creative and starts feeling like a poorly written satire of itself. The food wasn’t terrible, but the value? Virtually nonexistent.
In conclusion, unless you enjoy paying premium prices for the illusion of sophistication, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Staying in GC for work, and decided to eat here on night 1. The food and salsa were SO good I came back for night 2, sitting at the bar and watching the Phillies game. Their enchiladas and tacos are AMAZING. The service was great, and the atmosphere is perfect, especially after a long day on the road.

Eating here has been a family tradition for my entire life, but it’s becoming harder to justify coming here when the prices have shot up so high compared to other Mexican restaurants both in and out of town and when they’ve started to charge a premium for things like a second basket of chips, something that’s known to not be a great expense.

The meal was typical for your average Mexican restraunt. Nothing to particularly write home about. They use a spicy salsa for their complimentary chips and salasa. Also, that small amount of guacamole on the side for the Supreme Burrito was $3.50
