Hungry and extremely disappointed. Just as bad as Great Falls locations. What has happened to BK! Bread is stale and tastes funny. Ordered an original chicken sandwich at 11:00 AM. Had to spit it out. They smeared both sides with mayo and the chicken patty looked like it was made last night. Had a strange taste. Out Lunch and money!

What is it with the Burger King’s here in Helena. Some of the worst managed stores I have seen. Everytime I order from them. They messed the order up. C’mon, its not rocket science. These guys should be running circles around the competition, but there not.

This is for the North Sanders location.

Ordered online and still had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. I could’ve gotten my food faster at a real restaurant.

Also, pic related is Burger King’s idea of a medium fries. Fried were cold too, of course. Why wouldn’t they be?

I was reminded all over again why I never go to Burger King. I was enticed in there by a coupon, but yeah this isn’t even worth it at a discount.

Good but way slow. And their Strawberry lemonade was out of order defrosting. Overcooked mozzarella sticks. Yuck.
Ordered a southwest bacon whopper and recirculation no lettuce tomato or onions. Mine got switched with someone who didn’t like it and so I returned it. They made it right and profusely apologized. I appreciate that.

Food was absolutely inedible. Fries were clearly stale that had been re-dropped into the fryer to heat up.
Ordered an Italian and got some round bun with a crispy chicken patties that felt raw when I bit into it.
A cold slice of cheese and teaspoon of marinara.
No receipt, thank God I paid with my card so I have proof AND took pictures.
Did I call to complain? Hell no! What’s the point of complaining to the 2 guys working who handed me that hot mess in the first place?
But you can bet I’ll be returning the food on my way to work tomorrow!
