I ordered here a few years ago, and they screwed up my order forgetting all my sauces but I decided to go back for a takeout order because there was a special online. Got home with my order and same exact thing. They forgot the garlic sauces I purchased and the icing for the cinnabites. The pizza I ordered had 7 toppings and the 3 toppings that I ordered extra of, they barely put much on the pizza. Ordered extra cheese too, and there was barely any cheese. So the price was good, but the less than extra toppings pizza & dessert with no sauces made me never want to come back here again. The only good thing was the girl who took the order was nice and answered the phone also and was helpful.

I normally do pick up here but this time I was running late for work and needed it delivered so my kids could have dinner. I called twice to make sure they had the right address and a good understanding of where my apartment unit was on the property. I stay 0.4 miles from location I made sure to tip 20% even for the short 3min ride.
Well half way to work I get a call from the driver. Claiming they knocked on my door saying the woman that answered said they didn’t order pizza. No where on my ring camera did I see they even come close to my door.
They make no effort to deliver it just stay silent on the phone until I got irritated and just told them to take it back n I’ll figure it out when I get off.
I called the store immediately to talk about it. They said they would remake it when I came to get it.
Got off work.
Got to store. Original pizza was cold sitting there and they handed it to me.
Not once did I even get an apology for their mess up /lazy employee.
Little Caesars has better service!

I ordered pizza and wings for delivery and when I received them everything was shifted to one side. Meaning all the toppings on my pizza and the sauce were all shifted to one side of the pizza like it was mishandled during delivery. Even my wings in the box piled over to one side because of the mishandling. Then when I tried to do the pizza insurance thing it couldn’t like me get pass the part where I put my information in to make an account. And I can’t use the account I already had because for whatever reason my account is locked. When I go to reset password it sends me the link seconds later, I click on the link and try to set a new password, but when I try to continue it just tells me the link has already been used or expired even though I just received it about 40 seconds ago! This has been a ridiculous experience.

Delivery driver attitude is unacceptable, I called to get his name also spoke to a manger she wouldn’t give me her name at all. I spend great money here and will NEVER AGAIN!!! Retrain these people or hire more that wants to be a representation of Dominos!! Remember no one forced you ALL to apply to this job.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. My pizza was room temperature and I was missing my sprite and dipping sauces. I called the store to get a refund for my sprite and dipping sauces and the rudest manager told me she couldn’t refund me but she would send someone back out then she just hung up. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I ordered carry out. When I was asked for my last name. The young man handed me mybtwo pizzas and walked away. Then came back and what? I said I had two drink as well. He snatched up the receipt and walked away. Came back with the drinks and walked away. I said sure can I please have a couple plates and napkins. He rolled his eyes and got them. Zero customer service skills. Zero desire to help. Shouldn’t be infront of the public with this attitude.

We ordered carry out. We arrived about 5 minutes before the order was supposed to be ready. When we arrived, we saw both of our pizzas on the warming station. I did not see our lava cakes though. Then, a few minutes later, I saw a worker take two lava cakes and turn them over onto the box by hand. He then tossed a messed up lava cake into the trash. So we had to wait several more minutes for my lava cakes. While we were waiting, I asked the manager if my two lava cakes will be cold by the time the 3rd lava cake was finished cooking. She took the box of two lava cakes, closed the box and tossed it onto the warming station. No comments or nothing. The staff seemed to be unprofessional, slow to work, and disorganized. Finally about 10 minutes after arriving to this store, we got our food and left. Do not recommend this store. It has gone downhill in the past year since we were last in Charleston. And they didn’t cut our pizzas evenly. Only half of our pizzas were cut.
