SMALL PORTIONS. I have had problems with this chipotle for months. I placed an order online, go through the drive-through to pick it up, and when I finally open up my burrito bowl I find that it has been filled anywhere from 2/3 to 3/4 of the bowl. For $15, they can fill up the bowl all the way, just like every other chipotle in the country does. Look at the picture that I attached. See how much space there is? It’s so infuriating and so cheap on the part of the employees. Just fill up my bowl. Give me an extra five cents of rice and beans so that I can be happy with my order. I am finished with this location. I have had to consistently park my car, get out, take my order in, and ask for them to fill up my bowl. It’s such poor Customer Service.

I should’ve known better from past experiences, but had a taste for it today and was hoping my experience would be different. Ordered a burrito and was hoping each bite would have some sort of meat in it but no. Half the burrito didn’t even have ANY chicken in it. For as much as this costs each bite should have whatever meat you choose in it. No way Chipotle can keep getting away with this.

I ordered online for pickup through the drive through. This is the second time they got my order wrong. On my husbands bowl they did not give him queso blanco, brown rice (white rice was given) or black beans. On my order they did not give me black beans, fajita veggies, or brown rice (received white rice). I tried to go through their customer support on their app but could only speak with a robot and my only consolation was a free queso and a free drink. I am severely disappointed.

Went in for a simple chicken bowl the who made my bowl I guess is just ready to get off work, it is late(9:15p.m) it’s mostly rice and I see 12 black beans half a scoop of queso and 1/4 scoop red sauce and chicken. Horrible bowl 15 bucks for rice I should have made at home

I usually enjoy the food but tonight my experience was very unpleasant. We did an online order and when the food was delivered I was greatly disappointed. I had a veggie bowl. There was hardly anything in it. A tiny scoop of guacamole that you couldn’t hardly see, pica de Galla was not in there, 4 peppers and not to mention the rice was soggy and soft. I tried calling the store countless times only to keep getting the automated system that kept changing my request. I am a very easy going person, but this situation has me a bit upset.

First & last time visiting this location. When I walked in I couldn’t help but notice how messy the food bar was and it made me skeptical if I should eat here. Then I asked for cilantro on my burrito, the gentlemen said they didn’t have any more out. I then noticed the cooks were making rice so I seen cilantro and asked the cashier for some. Another young lady overheard me ask & rudely said “we aren’t allowed to give cilantro out” That is fine (if that’s the “rule”) However, now that we are speaking of rules, I think this location is breaking plenty food safety and cleanliness rules by the look of this establishment both behind the counter and in the dining area were a nightmare!

TERRIBLE customer service from the young man who made my burrito.

On 1/26/26 @6:21pm (per my receipt) I visited the store. I seen the chef cutting up newly grilled chicken and putting it in the bin ready to be served. He had not put the bin with the others as he was still preparing other chicken to add to the bin.

I asked the young guy before he made my burrito can he put the newly made chicken in my burrito; he said he don’t think so because the chef would get mad. I dismissed and said I’d just take what was left in the current bin. There were other minor interaction by him that made me then ask for the manager.

I then asked where was the manager and when the manger came I mentioned he can tell what happened. He told me “no, you can tell him since you have the problem.”

The manager handled that very well informing the young man not to speak to customers like that and to help the customers how he can. The young man waved the manager off and walked away.

The manager went and got the newly made chicken and gave me some. I thought that was very pleasant and professional customer service, as initially I wasn’t going to purchase any food after that interaction.

Again date 1/26 time 6:21pm (rewind your camera). Give the manger a bonus and find a new burrito maker.

I purchased the spicy chicken, with white rice and black beans, cheese, and lettuce. There were two separate hair strands in the food!!! Ew and double ewwww!!!! While the seating area is nice when you see the counters and how they share the food, it’s messy. It’s filled with scrap food and just looks unhygienic. However, finding hair strands in my food was absolutely disgusting. I’ll never go back to this location. It was just too far to return.

I gave it a 10 out of 10 my first time eating after the chipotle and this area the place looked clean, my food was plentiful, and flavorful, I’m gonna say I will try again. My only complaint if I had one was that a scoop of guacamole cost me $2.85. I got the bowl, and a flower tortilla on the side, made my burrito at home and had enough left over for a snack later in the day.

Every time I’ve come to this chipotle I have had one of the worst fast food experiences ever I will never be coming back to Loganville chipotle. The workers are extremely anxious, rude and at that can’t speak or understand English so they make your experience so hard. I was ordering a bowl and asked for a double scoop in the lady told me no? I said I will pay for it and she still said no then the coworker had to tell her in Spanish and then she finally gave me the scoop, but in the most aggressive way possible. I told her to slow down because she was rushing me and putting things on my bowl that I didn’t want then she got irritated and walked away. This is my third experience and it is by far the worst. They need new staffing for sure.
