We’ve been going here since it opened a few years back, but really like what the new owners have done. The food is excellent and specials every night. I happen to like my wings plain, but they have some great flavors available. And the burger is very thick and juicy! The staff is so friendly especially Stacy! She is so good at what she does, and she’s funny and fast! There is an excellent little bar area, and Tyler is also very friendly! It is right behind the ace hardware store in Bondville, so go into the Ace Hardware parking lot and have some great food. It is worth the trip!

After a full day of skiing at Stratton, River Road Eatery made dinner incredibly easy. It’s a short drive from the mountain, and their takeout was exactly what we needed, quick, hot, and delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and packaged really well, which makes a huge difference when you just want to relax after a long day on the slopes.
The portions are generous, the menu has something for everyone, and the staff is friendly and efficient. This is now our go-to takeout spot when we’re in the area.
Highly recommend River Road Eatery if you’re skiing at Stratton or looking for a convenient, high-quality takeout option in Bondville!

A few weeks ago ,We did a first time take out with Bartender Kara & she was very friendly & helped us with making selections from the menu.
The food was really good & we definitely plan to go back ! We are so happy they are close to Stratton Mt. & we highly recommend to others…..

Went to River Bend Cafe last night. Really nice experience. Sat at the bar and had dinner and drinks. Tyler served us – great guy, service and what a nice conversationalist! We both had burgers and loved them! One of the best we’ve had in a long time. Bunch of sports on different TV’s. The atmosphere is really nice – modern and cool design. It would be even better if they dimmed the lighting in the main dining area – it’s a little too bright. We’ll be back!

We ate at River Road Eatery last night. Had a casual atmosphere with a fun menu. We tried their signature PB & J wings. They were great. We wished they bottled the sauce. Our waitress Kate was fantastic and so friendly/helpful. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend giving it a try!

I went here with my 3 daughters for a small party. It was fantastic. The girls (and adults) each made our own pizzas and had such a blast doing so! The food is delicious and the staff (Luca & Michael especially) were so accommodating and friendly. They even made our friend a gluten free pizza. The restaurant is clean and has a great esthetic. Looking forward to going back!

What a disappointment. We stopped here last night to grab dinner. It was busy so the hostess said we could sit at the bar. The hostess was rude and dismissive, but we shrugged it off and sat down. It was really tight at the bar and kind of uncomfortable, but we figured it was just because they were busy. We waited but never got a menu, realizing that it was because the hostess never gave us one. We asked her for a menu and she had attitude about it. After looking at the menu for a couple minutes and seeing that the gluten free bun was a +$3 up charge, I didn’t think paying over $20 for a burger in a cramped restaurant was worth it, so we left. Once we got in the car we could smell fry oil on our clothes and hair, and we had only been inside for around 10-15 minutes. It was really gross so we drove with the windows down in order to air out a bit before finding a better restaurant.

We are locals who eat here all the time and love the food. Occasionally we do takeout. Imagine my surprise when a dish Ive always paid 25 for was bumped to 35. Just in time for winter. I felt price gouged. No way was that piece of salmon worth 35.00. So a dinner and a salad ran me 60.00. We wont return on principle.
