Save yourself! We came in here hoping for a GREAT meal, but in return, we were disappointed. We ordered horchatas. But they were SOOOO sweet and pretty nasty. We told them it was too sweet so the server gave us a water to put in it and make it less sweet. The water was TERRIBLE. It tasted like dishwater. All our cups were left full by the time we left. ALSO the water and horchata was seperating (ill show a pic) That how bad it was. No one wanted to drink it. And for the food, I guess it was alright, I finished my food but I wouldn’t say it was perfect. It was mediocre at most. Maybe if you were STARVING.. then maybe you would enjoy it more. My friends who were with me said their food tastes weird. The steak was apparently really hard. And the enchilada suizas were alright but they tasted off, not sure what it was but it was something really nasty. Anyways, spare your time go to Don Pedro. Same food items, EXTREMELY better food.

A nice ,cozy , dive! I was seated immediately and service was just as speedy and attentive! I ordered the Fajitas Texacanas (which had steak, chicken, and shrimp)minus the bell peppers and it was tasty, although the portions weren’t as generous as most other Mexican restaurants that I’ve been to.

I went in on a Thursday evening. It was only one waitress. If you know what you want when you are seated go ahead and order. Took her a while to come back to us. The food portions were smaller than most Mexican restaurants I’ve been too. I feel could have got a little more bang for my buck!!

Our server was kind and the food came out hot and timely! Also Mike’s Food was served on a hot plate instead of a normal dish! Food was great and plentiful, also this is an authentic Mexican restaurant. No shade to those american Mexican restaurants. (The ones where ya get a hotdog taco) Sometimes it’s good to make food unique! As far as changing this up a bit; hot plates should never change!

Clean, food was good. Our particular server would disappear for long periods of time. The other server seemed to check on her customers. Had asked the other server for more chips but never came. Menu said $1.35 for small cheese dip, was charged over $5. Server just threw check down on table and ran. There were only 3 other couples in the place. A different server would have made a difference in our rating.

Ordered online and still ended up having to wait on my order when I arrived. They were busy so I won’t be negative about it, if anything that says the food is good.
I got the chicken fajitas and it was more than enough food to have leftovers. I will definitely go back and try something else.

Run!!!! We used to eat at this place all the time years ago. The food was very affordable, tasty, and the service was consistent. They’re clearly under new ownership. The bartender and all of the servers are different. The service is super slow. The ground beef was so salty I only took a couple bites. The salsa was sweet…ewww. My margarita tasted like it was non-alcoholic. The server didn’t check on us once! We had to ask other servers to find him and even then he took his time coming to give us the check. No napkins, silverware, or refills. On top of all that, they charge a fee if you’re paying with a card (they refer to it as a cash discount)!! I complained to the manager who claims she’s been there 14 years.. never seen her a day in my life and I was a regular. She threw the server under the bus. Said his name is Ruben and agreed that he was horrible. He was downright rude and nasty to paying patrons. They can go ahead and shut this place down ASAP!!!

The food was fine. It’s the same as most Mexican joints. The atmosphere was the same as most Mexican joints. The service was less than what we get at most Mexican joints. The service was poor. She kept forgetting to bring a bowl of cheese for chips. Forgetting to fill our water and overcharged us for the cheese. We were disappointed. We were visiting the areas for six flags, fun spot, aquarium, coke museum and Olympic park. Great trip otherwise.
