The food here is absolutely delicious and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive! The only drawback is the parking situation—customers are required to pay $2 or risk receiving a $75 citation or even a boot. Many guests are often in and out within 10 minutes for a quick pickup, so the parking fee can feel a bit inconvenient.
One possible solution could be offering a $2 discount on food purchases to offset the parking cost. This would make the experience even more enjoyable and customer-friendly. Please note, this is not a negative review—just constructive feedback and a suggestion to enhance an already great experience!

I was super excited to try this place but I didn’t know how it worked so I went to the location and I was waiting for somebody to help me or ask if I needed help and nobody came to my assistance. They were just chitchatting so I just left very sad.

This company used to value customer service, however, it seems they got popular and greedy and customer service is not important to them anymore. The owner is very rude. I had been ordering from them for a long time and they used to make turkey burgers. I asked why they didn’t make them anymore and he said they were going to bring them back. So when I ordered them, they were disgusting and I asked what happened. They said they used pre-made patties which he failed to mention the change in recipe. I asked for a refund since I threw them out and the owner would not respond to me. Phone calls, messages, VM’s, DMS’s and nothing. Finally someone else returned my call and she gave me a very partial credit. It was horrible!!
At one point in the past they changed their ground turkey provider and it was so bad they offered customers a refund. When they offered it to me, I declined because I understood. Mistake.
So then I tried ordering meals the week before Christmas with Christmas Day landing on Monday, the day for delivery. I tried going to the delivery spot and it was closed, go figure. I tried reaching out via phone to ask when I would get my meals, and I got no response to my VM. I had to leave town the next morning and could not wait for him provide customer service to me so I DM’d him on IG. I asked if I would get a refund for the meals that I paid for and could not pick up on the day of delivery because it was closed. He messaged me back saying “refund issued. Please don’t order from us again.” See screenshot. This place had gone downhill and I would rather order decent food from someone with GOOD customer service and integrity.
I have found another food prep service in town that is actually better and has great customer service and integrity so Ill Chino is NOT needed! You are not the holy grail and I hope everyone learns this. Karma is real.

Great company – but the food is quite spicy hot! Be careful if you have any allergies to hot food! But, this is not a negative review, I’m glad we have them here in town…much needed when you’re on the go.

Id like to say I have tried everything meal prep wise. These not only fit my budget but the staff and the food are amazing. Keto options for protein bars. Macro friendly food that reheats and tastes just like it was cooked! Hit up ill chino ASAP look no further!

Picked up some meals for the first time recently and I’m hooked. Since having a baby I have no time for meal prepping like I used to, and I’d get sick of eating the same thing all week. Everything I got here was delicious. Especially enjoyed the carne asada sweet potato fries. Also the people working there were nice. I think the price is comparable to most mass produced meal delivery options but the quality is way better.

The staff and service is one of a kind. Always great vibes when going into the kitchen. The food is always delicious and packed with good macros and nutritious. Will forever love this place. I’ve never had a bad experience since day one. Just try one meal and you will fall in love!

The PB bars are heavenly!
We split the Korean beef and carne asada sweet potato fries and they were both so delicious!

By far the BEST meal prep service in Albuquerque. The owner is super nice and very knowledgeable about nutrition and a great cook! There isn’t anywhere else I would get meals from! The bulk protein is one of the best things If you are short on time. Overall very affordable and very yummy!!!
