These chicken fingers are absolutely the most moist and flavorful that I’ve ever tasted. This was my first experience at this chicken restaurant. A friend told me about how good the food was here, so I decided to give them a try since I was in the area. Everything he said about how much he enjoyed these fingers was true. The crinkle cut french fries were crispy fresh. The texas toast seemed to melt in my mouth.
The staff was friendly and professional, the dining room was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.
There is an elevator available as an option to the stairs to get to the second floor.
I’ll definitely be returning for more!

First time trying Raising Cane’s. The chicken comes out hot, decent portions, and light breading. It is under seasoned and without the Cane’s sauce, pretty boring. Fries are ok, slaw is ok, the toast was very good though. You order and get your food downstairs and then go upstairs to eat at this location. There’s not really good parking choices nearby either besides lots you pay in or street parking.

I’m not usually a fan of fast-food chicken, but growing up in Minnesota, Cane’s completely changed my mind. Their chicken is always fresh, always crispy, and always made with real white meat — total game-changer.
The Texas Toast? An absolute MUST. (Yes… I definitely ate mine before snapping the pic ). And pro tip: you can swap the coleslaw for an extra toast — highly recommend.
Let’s talk Cane’s Sauce. The BEST dipping sauce out there. No contest.
Huge shoutout to the Chapel Hill team — every visit, they’re personable, friendly, efficient, and genuinely attentive. And the restaurant (plus the bathrooms!) stay spotless. Cleanliness is a 10/10… honestly, 100%.

The food here is always really good and it’s pretty quick too. Mistakes happen sometimes like forgetting extra sauce but they fix it really fast so it’s not a big deal. The place can get super crowded but even with a lot of people the staff stays polite and actually pretty kind. A few of them can seem a little harsher at first but honestly they’re fine.
The dining area is really nice and their chicken is always super moist. The waiting area is small but like I said they get your food to you quickly. Parking’s a little tricky since it’s downtown Chapel Hill so I usually park a bit farther and walk over.
The bathrooms need a code which can feel a little weird at first but there’s always an employee around to help. I’m guessing it’s for safety. Also their lemonade is amazing, definitely one of my favorite things here.
Overall it’s a great spot for good food, fast service, and a cute little space.

Probably one of the best canes I’ve been to, I love that they have the two floors. The staff was really nice and friendly, the food was made fairly quickly which was great. The store as a whole was also very clean too. Would definitely come back in the future if I’m ever in the area again.

Cane’s franchise focuses on one thing– consistent quality chicken. This Cane’s is a completely different recipe from the original franchises in Louisiana. This recipe is not nearly as good. The breading and the seasoning are different. The chicken is tough. The breading falls off. The seasoning tastes more like seafood.
It is almost like someone from Zaxby’s took this restaurant over to turn people away from Cane’s deliberately.
