Halfway through my smoothie and zero taste of anything. I purchased a peanut butter and jelly smoothie, was told that there was no oat milk so I opted for almond. This does not taste like peanut butter nor strawberries whatsoever and just has that bland almond flavor! I had purchased a Beyond Burger it was nice and hot. But couldn’t enjoy the sandwich because the bun was soaking wet nd soggy. It wasn’t the sauce on the burger either, like it was dripping with hot watery liquid from the meat. I returned to the cashier and asked for a better quality sandwich. This time a fresh one was made, and the bun was nice nd fresh. The sandwich the second time around was better. But $9.00 just for a burger is ridiculously to high of a price. I won’t be patronizing this place. I see why they don’t have a lot of customers.

Tried out a sample and absolutely loved it, so I went to order it. The man told me that it had protein in it, so I probably shouldn’t get it, because I’m bigger in size. He kept insisting, so I chose a different option, and much to my dismay, it was not as all good. I wish I could have enjoyed the one I liked the taste of without being discriminated against because I am plus-size. Incredibly disappointing!

Me and my sister were here today and she ordered an iced cappuccino which wasn’t supposed to have peanuts. But she still had an allergic reaction from the smoothie and had to go to the ER. I did a refund but there should be a better system at keeping materials separate or clean to prevent things like this from happening.

Honest review, all truth, no lies… Depending on which lineup you get will dictate the service and attitude you receive. I went twice in one week because the first time their veggie wrap was so on point, I decided to go back after a meeting to get myself one and also my 2 daughters. Whoa!!! This time every character from the Mean Girls was there, the rudest little girls I have ever ran across, mad at the world because I ordered 3 wraps to go, and they were 30 mins from closing so apparently I committed the crime of the century by ordering. Never again with these overly privileged snobs!

There is nothing fresh or healthy about this and customer service stinks big time. Ordered the “ fresh” watermelon drink advertised left and and right and it should have fresh watermelon, kiwi juice, mango and raspberry sorbet etc.
I watch the guy throw a couple of frozen cubes into water, mix it and hand it to me. When I complained and said I’d like something else the guy in the front acts as if he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Then they throw raspberry and mango sorbet into what I already had instead of making a new one….. needles to say that it wasn’t good and had nothing to do with Watermelon. They won’t have me back!

Customer service is terrible
Food & smoothies are decent (avacado green is best 1 I tasted so far, turkey bacon avacado is prob best wrap)
BTW you can’t get whipped cream on your expresso smoothie (even tho it’s on the menu)
I feel they should be always wearing gloves when handing the food, but not the case.

This place smoothie tastes so much better than pulp and it’s the same price. They don’t use soo much ice as pulp. Their smoothie taste healthier than pulp.
