I love everything on my Wopper & getting it O.B. Just makes it the best burger in the business. I’m not a fan of the commercials but the food is terrific.
I get my fries NO SALT & they arrive perfectly cooks every time. The Strawberry shake is my choice & I know how much Chocolate is appreciated but there are those who dip the fries in Vanilla. The onion rings are always gone faster the fries & saving one for the Astros bite is highly recommended.
They let you choose how you want it served.
I like that & I get it quick, by the time I leave my hunger is gone. Thanks to a group of well trained employees who keep the establishment clean neat & tidy, including the rest room. May you enjoy your visit as much as I did.

This burger joint has an unexpectedly average rating compared to similar places. The food is fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The restaurant is clean, and the ventilation works perfectly. I was very pleased with my first visit today (10/15/2025) Thank you!

I ordered through the drive-through like I normally do. I provided a coupon code to get 5.99$ Chicken, fry and large fry I was given a cheeseburger and large fry. The lady at the counter must have entered the wrong coupon code. I explained to her that on the app there is no way to get a cheeseburger with fries on the app for 5.99$. She was super rude and said there was nothing she could do even though I’m a returning customer. If you have the Burger King app and download it, you can look at their offers on their offers page there is no coupon for a $5.99 cheeseburger with large fry. There’s only an option for a large fry and 8pc chicken fry. After being incredibly rude to me, even though I am a returning customer and always nice to them they said that there was nothing that they could do The price didn’t need to be changed. I just needed the correct thing that I ordered.

The lobby closes at 10pm, but they turn off their monitors for their menu board inside at 8pm, to prevent customers from ordering inside, and they wouldn’t even turn it back on for us. I had to guess what food I wanted

This fast food place is disgusting. I ordered a Texas Whopper and it is the ugliest I have ever had. The place is located in Lombard, Illinois, on St. Charles Rd. Those people who were charging are terrible. It is better to visit another place. I do not recommend it because they do not have customers. They are very bad at working.

I ordered through the app around 10. Got there around 10:40 and was told half of my order could not be prepared because breakfast ended at 10:30. Was told they couldn’t do anything about it because I ordered through the app, so I would have to go through the app to get my money back. There is no option to cancel the order or get a refund on the App. The app just has an automated AI robot dealing with the chat which let me know it will take 48 hours to hear back from a real person. I’m out $32. Im out breakfast. And I’m never going back to Burger King because this is extremely poor customer service. Clearly you can’t “have it your way” at Burger King.

Ordered online to get my food showed up on time an extra time for them to prepare the food which was just a simple whopper w cheese. The drive-thru was backed up so I went inside. They looked at me like deer looking in headlights.
They were rude and said they had to help the others first (even though confirmed it was ready by email). They acted as if they didn’t even know what I was talking about. I was in a hurry and that’s why I ordered it online. They didn’t look for anything and they didn’t do anything but look at me. So I left

Memorial day heading home from a family party my wife and I decide we want Burger King. I go through the drive-thru and tell the girl I want the three for $7. Whopper jr. Chicken and a Dr pepper. She tells me it’s $8.20 which I thought was odd because tax on $7 shouldn’t be that much I even said something to my wife but didn’t think twice about it. We get our food and start to pull away and my wife realizes we have a Whopper Jr a fry and a Dr pepper. So I go back through the drive-thru and tell the Hispanic girl this isn’t what I ordered. She tells me yes it is a Whopper Junior meal. That’s not what I ordered. I’m not sure if she didn’t understand me or what the problem was. Not a big deal just give me my chicken sandwich and I will be on my way. I asked her if she wants the fries back and she tells me I ate half of them. Keep in mind I got my food realized it and backed up in the Drive-Thru the fries that were in the container at half falling out in the bag. I told her I just wanted my chicken sandwich and I would be on my way. she would not give me a chicken sandwich she told me that I ordered a Whopper Junior meal and that’s what I got. My blood pressure went through the roof. I went inside and demanded a refund now mind you I paid $8.20 on my debit card she refunded me $7.49. the manager was as rude to me as the employee who took my order. Totally unacceptable to have employees treat customers like that when she was wrong. I own my own business and if I treated my customers like that I wouldn’t be in business anymore. Do better Burger King train your employees that the customer is always right whether she thinks I am or not. No more Burger King for me.

I use burger king pretty much everyday through the app on whatever location i be working at since i m on the road all day. today i stopped here to use the restroom when i got out an employee waited for me outside to confront me about using the restroom without buying a meal ( not a downtown or a building area where it can be busy and messy ) never using this location specifically or burger-king in general
