I haven’t been to this location in a while. Usually, the service is awesome. However, today was far from awesome. The young lady at the window made us feel like we were bothering her. We asked a detailed question, and her response was, “Yeah.” She had us pull forward because they had to make our sandwiches. Not a problem. Looking at the receipt, we were only charged for one of our sandwiches. I went inside to let them know. It was only 3 people working. While inside, I learn they had no croissants left. Thanks to the young man saying something I was able to find this out. First impressions mean so much. I think the young lady who was in the window made the experience enough not to return for a while.

Genuinely the worse Dunkin I’ve been to in Orlando. Customer service is horrible! This is my second time coming, and both times were bad. For both times, I was sent out the drive through to wait for my food. I literally only order an egg and cheese and hashbrowns… it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make that. ESPECIALLY, when I made a mobile order. According to “zaniya” there was no manager or shift lead for me to speak with. She asked “Chrystal” to come talk to me instead because I refused to leave without speaking with a manager. Chrystal was just as cold as zaniya was and said there’s nothing she can do about just getting a refund and to talk to the app about any issues. The last time I came, I was told to go inside and get my own lid because they gave me the wrong size. Mind you, that was a whole different employee. So clearly, someone needs to do better on the hiring process.

Had to change my coffee 3 times & it still came out the wrong way. I ordered mini bagels it was still cold! I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese didn’t even get cream cheese. Very disappointed with this location and the staff they clearly not training employees correctly. Wasted time and money for something that was simply gross ! Do better

This location is the only location within Central Florida that always seems to have internal problems. Can a man just wake up, Go sit down to have his coffee And his avocado toast while relaxing in the lobby? Not at this place.

Best Dunkin I’ve even been to! I’ve visited this particular location on several occasions because after my first stop I could tell how well crafted the signature coffee was and how attentive the crew was inside so I knew this was a gem. My previous experience with Dunkin stores was “I need a coffee, it’s convenient, it’s on the go, and it tastes alright” (plus I’m loyal to the brand). But now after visiting this location, I can taste the actual coffee flavors that I’m ordering from start to finish in my drink. Even though i don’t “need” a large, I’ll order a large regardless because the quality dictates that, and you gotta treat yo’ self from time to time. I live nowhere near this location and I will go 20 minutes out of my way to come here. And if I’m driving around the area during my work day, I will make sure it is on my route. Thank you for always putting the care and attention into your work. It definitely shows and is truly appreciated!

Asked about the snackin bacon being extremely chilled and was met with not the best customer service and sour face to match. Show empathy sometimes, people are spending their hard earned money on breakfast the least you could do is be empathetic and understanding.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. This is my second time having issues here, and unfortunately both times it was with the same employee, Sherry. She is consistently rude and unprofessional.
Today I ordered a coffee and was cut off mid-sentence. When I tried to clarify (no cream, no sugar), I was told “next time order without pausing.” There was no pause — I had literally been cut off. On my first visit, I ordered a frozen coffee I’ve had before, and it was handed to me with chocolate on top. When I said that wasn’t what I ordered, I was basically told I was wrong. I even took pictures because it was so frustrating.
To make things worse, the store’s contact number doesn’t even work. When I mentioned it, I was brushed off with more attitude.
This Dunkin’ is giving the brand a bad name. Management seriously needs to address this behavior because customers should not be treated this way.

Edit: I reached out to customer service & was assured the franchise manager would reach out to me to resolve my issue. I never heard back, and upon reaching back out they tried telling me the franchise manager had attempted to contact me. They never did. Ended up having to charge it back with my bank as they clearly were not going to help me. Don’t give this place your money.
Placed a mobile order for 2 drinks and 3 food items, gave them plenty of time to prepare it before coming to pick it up. At the speaker box I let them know I was picking up a mobile. At the window they implied that I hadn’t stopped at the box, basically threw the drinks at me then told me to have a good day. I said I also had food that I was picking up on the same order. They asked if I had ordered it, implying that I hadn’t? When they finally found the tickets for my food items, they asked me to pull forward and they would bring it out to me. Not a problem at all, I don’t want to hold up the line. When they brought it out, they were missing my donut, so I went inside to ask for it, and I heard one of them complaining about me, and saying “and here we go with this!” as if we were being a nuisance to them.
I just wanted the food that I paid for. I also work in food service, so I get it, but this attitude is unacceptable. Costs just as much as Starbucks but the experience is way worse.

I’m there almost every morning and the quality is never the same. Sometimes I get 80% milk and 20% coffee and sometimes I get vice versa. That would be okay if I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get my coffee.
