The food was delicious. All the staff that we interacted with were very nice with great customer service skills. The food came out hot, fresh, and fast. Nice sized portions were given so we had to take some with us. The only issue was the music was too loud.

I hate to give a 3 star. I was there for close to 2 hours , the waitress came to the table 1 time, and that was when we was fixing to leave just to finally ask if we wanted refills. The food was amazing, but it would have been nice to have our drinks refilled. The place was not packed there was hardly anyone there but the the waitress could of check on us for refills and to see if everything was alright every so often but she stayed mostly in the back.

The food and service at this restaurant are outstanding. This was my second visit in two weeks. My family and I have a new favorite right here. It’s apparent that they use authentic spices to give the food terrific flavors. Today, the restaurant had a live band that played for different sections. What a wonderful experience. Lastly, the customer service was just as awesome that as last time. Really a top notch establishment. Great job.

Took a bit to get our waiter but he was very nice and professional. Salsa and chips were good. Ordered the Carne Asada dish came out in under 15 mins. Presentation was good and food was good too. Staff were friendly and overall a good experience.

Now I’m not the type to leave a review because I don’t care but I sat for a day trying to let this experience go but I couldn’t.
Food was great, service was TERRIBLE. There’s an older lady there I didn’t get her name I was too upset. I came in with a group of guys at night on 1/24. We was seated and from the time I got my drink to the time I left I felt singled out against everybody in my group. I asked for a glass of water no ice with a lime and lemon. When the lady came back she called my drink off aggressively while she was polite to everybody else. Me and my friend looked at each other in shock and repeated what she said to each other because we couldn’t believe it. After we got our drinks we ordered our food, tell me why I’m the last person to get my plate. I didn’t get too bothered by that because maybe my chori pollo did get fixed last, plus it had a lot of queso on it so it made me happy. As I’m eating my food she comes back and asked us if we wanted refills. I politely asked her if I could get a Dr Pepper. He response was “YEA” but not in a calm tone, it was aggressive. Now at this point I’m really uncomfortable and the only thing keeping me there is my food. Later when it gets close to us almost finishing our food, we started asking about the desserts. She acknowledged my friends but not me. I got her attention and asked if tres leches was on the menu, she looked at me blankly and then continued talking to my friends. At This point I’m in disbelief that I’m the only person at the table getting treated like this. At this point everybody at the table has caught on on how she’s treated me. Now we get to the end of our dine in and I ask nicely for a To go plate but honestly I’m scared to even ask because I don’t even wanna hear how she’s gonna respond this time. But she blurts out aggressively at me again. Once I got my to go plate I left immediately, one of my friends acknowledged her to let her know I was upset. But she didn’t take it seriously, I caught it as I was walking down the ramp to the first dining area when you walk in. Anyways I addressed her. I told her her service was terrible and she wanted to mention that her performance was based off of my demeanor when I asked for a Dr Pepper. Which is not correct because I was polite. Now even if my demeanor is off it’s probably because of her energy and poor customer service. Now I told her, idk if she knew me from somewhere outside of there restaurant or some past life but I’m sorry if I did something wrong, because she treated me terribly. I’m a grown man and honestly I almost teared up at the end of my experience but I kept my cool. I’ve never been treated like that. I’m really not trying to make it seem like it was that bad but it was literally that bad

the salsa couldve had more seasoning to it but the food was very good. grilled chicken breast were plump and juicy shrimp was good as well cheese sauce was very good and they were not stingy with the sauce, best restaurant in town. fair prices as well
