I hadn’t eaten at Little Caesars in over 10 years, but after seeing all the new ads and menu updates, I decided to give it another shot. Big mistake.

After waiting 25 minutes for my order, I walked in and immediately noticed the 71 health score on the wall — first strike. I thought to myself, “Should’ve checked the reviews first.”

They weren’t even using the pizza portal system that keeps orders warm and organized. Instead, one overwhelmed cashier was trying to handle everything. Orders were getting mixed up, people were returning food, and I spotted what looked like my pizza sitting on a cold stainless-steel table in the back. Sure enough, when I finally got it, the box was warm at best — nowhere near hot.

After an 8-minute drive home, my wings and breadsticks were cold, and the pizza wasn’t even the right one. When I called, they told me I’d have to drive back to get a refund or replacement. I threw it away and ordered Papa John’s instead.

It’ll probably be another decade before I try Little Caesars again. Save yourself the time and money — QT or RaceTrac sell better, fresher, and hotter pizza than this place.

Literally just got something and drive back to work just for it to be badly done and undercooked I messed up for trusting it to be decent smh I will be going back after work for a remake this was just a different level of disappointment and the fact it’s not even just halfway cooked I mean once you open it it’s literally just raw dough it’s like the outside barely cooked and they served it no one answers the phone and the line sounds busy I called 5 times

I was ignored when i came in the store, ordered a pretzel crust pizza and got a regular pepperoni pizza with chunks of salt. The employee insisted it was a pretzel crust pizza so after they argued about it I accepted it and left.

2 out of 3 pizzas I ordered from this location had coarse, black, curly hairs right in the center, as if they were placed there intentionally. I was informed after the fact of this location’s health score, which was a 6.3 if I remember correctly. Makes sense, given my experience.

It’s sad, because my mother loves Little Caesar’s pizza. Needless to say, neither her nor I will be frequenting a Little Caesar’s pizza again during this lifetime. We thought the Canton location was a step above the Jasper store, but they’re both trash. I imagine they’re owned and managed by the same person, given the lack of cleanliness and inconsistence in quality, though I’m not certain. Either way, avoid both or dine at your own risk.

Nice staff but their crazy bread is just wet buttered breadsticks, no powder/seasoning crumbles, same goes with crazy bread pizza, it’s just bland crust, no flavor of the “crazy” bread.. tried 3 different times thinking maybe it was a mistake, but no they just don’t season it

1. They never answer the phone.
2. I ordered the “pretzel crust pizza” and they just sent me a pizza with regular crust and threw salt all over it…lol. I got my refund thru Doordash but don’t order the new pretzel crust pizza here.

Ordered here for a quick, easy trip. Didn’t expect to wait for an online pick up order for nearly 20 minutes after ordering it. Than the pizzas I got were undercooked and not even cut.

My visit was OK at first. I was given my order very quickly and didn’t have to wait very long at all. However, when I went out into the parking lot, I dropped the red sauce for the breadsticks. I went inside, asking for another one, and I was willing to pay. The Lady at the counter rolled her eyes, did not speak to me and there was at least a 30 serving pause where she just looked down before she reached her hand up 2 inches, grabbed the sauce, and gave it to me. she looked at me as if I were lying. But I did have red sauce all over my white sneakers.no need for the attitude when I was already pissed off to begin with because my shoes were ruined. And had she asked me to pay for a new red sauce, I would have. After a long day at work, I don’t need any more stress. I’m just trying Feed my kids and that’s the last thing I wanna deal with is some disgruntled employee pissed off because she has to do just a tiny bit of extra work.

Honestly, the best little Caesars I know.

Hard workers, and they make the best Little Caesars pizzas.

I’d prefer this location to any others.

Some stores are not corporate stores, when they make a mistake, expect a nose thumb, many owners ignore mistakes. They keep forgetting to cook well done on thin crusts and ruin the whole pie, as it becomes soggy. I had to trash it , no way for corporate to fix this issue so expect a bad pie every so often.
