The bathroom smells very very strong of sewer or out house they rarely clean the tables there’s usually ketchup stains or dried pop on the tables the fancy pop machine is usually out of several flavors as well. There’s a very nice young lady with short blond hair who was very kind to me. I really think she’s truly a gem all the toilet fixtures look very filthy and rusted out there’s usually dust all over as well management does not care its very expensive to eat there as much as a steak dinner

Walked across the street to get a supper at 7:30 on Sunday night. Door was locked. Walked around to use the main door. Locked as well. Marquee on the sign by the road said open til 11 pm. Poor way to run a business.

Went through the drive thru, which has two lanes for faster ordering. However faster ordering doesn’t mean faster pick up because two lanes combine into one lane to pick up your food. The food was very good and was hot. The property was clean and free of debris. The employees were courteous and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

I know they’re processed to the point you wonder why they’re ring shaped since there’s no onion slice inside the breading but they’re still the best. And their shake machine works. I was just there and person at the window was slamming the window, throwing my card at me and having an attitude. I didn’t expect the level of disrespect. I myself am a manager at burger king. the manger on shift was really nice and replaced my food. The manager understood more than anything. I went back in to get my food replaced, the same woman said “that she wouldn’t even look at me.” That is very unacceptable.

I ordered through the app for pick up and when I drove up to the drive-thru, I told the cashier that I already ordered online and gave her my name then she looked at the screen and found it. I pulled up to park and waited for almost 8 minutes due to chicken fries had to be cooked. Food came hot & fresh! Everything looked & tasted great!
