Came here on a cold autumn night. We shared the summer roll, pork rice dish, and we each got the beef pho.
Portions on the pho are on the small side and the beef broth was overly salty. The peanut sauce for the summer tasted like crunchy Skippy with fish sauce.
We left full but disappointed in authenticity.

Ordered take out, it is very hard to find even with GPS. Once there the food is ok. I am insanely disappointed with the summer rolls, the noodles were over done they were mush, and when I took them out of the package they were so stuffed full each one of them had split, the best one of the bunch fell apart as soon as I took a bite. With 2 orders pricing at 18$ total, and not one of them edible, I’m disappointed to say the least. The Chicken Pho was spicy, and that was literally the only flavor, spice.
I support local business, so I’m hoping this was a one off experience. I will be trying it again, and when I do I will update the review accordingly.

Have ordered from Vietnoms a few times during the pandemic. Very impressed by their adherence to the guidelines to keep customers safe. The food is amazing!! I ordered the spring rolls and the Vegan Bun- everything was so fresh and tasty. One of my favorites in town!

Even when looking at Vietnoms menu you can notice that it specialized in all the delicious Vietnamese staples. The pho was remarkable from the light yet flavorful broth to the variety of choices offered that allowed everyone at the table to customize the pho to our tastebuds. The coffee had a rich and strong coffee flavor that complimented the savory wings. Overall the we were all satisfied with the food and definitely plan on coming again to experience more of Vietnamese cuisine done right.

Amazing food! Delicious, pork bùn, summer rolls, tofu, and the peanut sauce was insane. Everything is homemade and you can tell. We had been searching for Vietnamese food and are so happy they are here. Try them! Also- patio seating available.

The Bùn vermicelli noodle salad with the pork was INCREDIBLE. Never had such delicious pork. I loved the freshly made Vietnamese iced coffee and the sweet potato tapioca for dessert. I was very impressed and so happy to have this place locally.

Terrific little restaurant that fills the void of a much-need Vietnamese restaurant in Guilford. The food was good, we got the chicken pho and the the vermicelli noodles with beef. The pho broth was fantastic. The service was pretty good, the servers were a bit inexperienced but the owner came around to chat and check on our meal. Very cute place and right near downtown. Definitely give it a try!

Vietnamese cuisine is fresh, well-prepared, and tasty. Vietnoms has never disappointed us. The well-stuffed spring rolls alone are worth a visit. We always eat here at least once when we’re in Guilford.
