Apparently they do not know how to read an order. I did a mobile order asking for extra, and as you can see by the photo there was no extra lettuce, tomatoe, or mayo. The fries and nuggets was either burnt or cooked in old oil. I wanted regular nuggets and got spicy nuggets. There was us and one car in the drive thru. So, they was not busy no excuse for messing up our order except pure laziness. I will not be returning

I was expecting this Wendy’s location to be a little worse than others due to reviews but it exceeds my expectations. The service was very nice and friendly and the food was fresh and hot. It was a great experience and I would come back to this location again.

Here we go again! This is a recurring problem here. No soap in the men’s restroom, broken/empty paper towel dispenser, empty toilet paper dispenser. Is it REALLY that difficult (for a place where food is handled: consumed) to maintain the hygiene basics in restrooms?

Place mobile order, did not come thru the system after a while. I found stacked trays on the counter were dusty, there were dead flies on the counter, EVERY table was dirty. Restaurant was empty and 5 personal In the kitchen .There was Not one in the restaraunt so there was plenty of time to tidy up! This place was disgusting with sub-par food. should. Bathroom without paper to dry out hands. How employees will clean their hands. Personal was friendly after all. I ask to help cleaning the tables but finally someone did it. Crackers were all old and maybe expired. Where it’s Wendy’s quality control. Please Wendy stand as great place to eat again!

I got my daughter a kids meal which was a fish sandwich and fries.Thank God I tasted it before she ate it. I found it had a bitter taste that she couldn’t swallow because the oil was old and burnt and hadn’t been changed in a while.

The push button/self order register notates that cash is accepted, which I thought they had to legally allow for cash paying customers. So when any customer selects that option, someone from the back says they aren’t accepting cash. However, there is no sign notating as such. So the customers that can’t pay with card or prefer not to, they leave the store dissatisfied at the inconvenience. So my friend and I, prior to a concert nearby, decide to go ahead and pay with card. I certainly “thought” I selected cheese on my chicken sandwich and added the cost for it at 30 cents. When I didn’t get it, a lady (seemingly a manager) turned their screen at the back to inform me that I didn’t pay for it. They proceeded not to say anything else and I just stood their aimlessly only to realize I needed to be satisfied with what I got. The chicken was nothing like the menu photo showed and appeared to be an inexpensive patty, like from the dollar menu…even though I ordered from the regular menu. The fries were good mind you. I went to the soda machine and it was filthy with red liquid splattered all over it. I didn’t feel that getting a drink there was safe but I did anyway. It was fine I guess. The floors were certainly very slippery, as if it were coated with grease and/or dirt so be careful. This was honestly the worst experience at a Wendy’s and I have visited many of them without these kinds of issues. I won’t return to this one. The food was bad enough at this one but the service was the pits.

Rude service. Didn’t listen to our full order. Dude at drive thru puffed out his chest trying to intimidate me when I told him I ordered baconator fries and didn’t get them. He read back the order that he heard. NOT what I ordered. Never going back to that location. I’d rather go to the one in town center.

If i could give a lower rating i would, horrible service. Nothing short of Disrespectful, wouldnt expect this service from even taco bell or Hardee’s. And barely gave sauce 0/10 will not recommend. Was beyond polite, definitly needs new staff
