The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. What really stood out though was the customer service. The employees created such a welcoming atmosphere that it made the whole experience even better. You could tell they cared about making a great impression and making customers feel comfortable.
It’s not often you find a place where both the food and the service are this good. My first visit definitely won’t be my last. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending Piada to others!
I go to look at the menu for myself and I decide on the pesto pasta with Nashville hot chicken without tomatoes which are just cut up raw tomatoes.
They ask me several times if I want anything else I say no. They accidentally ring up a couple in front of us that I let go ahead of us because I had to go around the corner and look at the menu. They actually bring them up for my daughters Mac n cheese so they have to fix that and I apologize to them even though I had nothing to do with it.
We got to the register I found out that they gave me an adult portion for my three-year-old daughter which came to a total of $10.89 plus tax and mine was $13.38 plus tax.
I asked them if that was the price for a kids meal and they said no they said it was an adult meal and they said a kids meals much smaller she goes. It’s like one scoop. We have to check into the hospital very shortly so I was like just whatever so the total was $24.27. Someone came over and asked if my daughter wanted a brownie. I said she may or may not eat it.
So I sit down to eat my food and get my daughter her food and my chicken is cold. So I take it back up to them and tell them it’s cold and they take it back and fix a whole new one and then she brings it over to me. Somebody does and then a man walks over and introduces himself as one of the new partners and asked how we’re enjoying our food and I said we’re not and I basically shared everything I shared on this post and he said thank you. We can’t become better if we don’t hear feedback so here is feedback.
He said he hopes that I will come back again. I will not be revisiting this reestablishment even with the chicken being pre-cooked it lacks flavor. All you taste is the Nashville hot chicken. There’s no garlic to the pesto. There’s just no flavor. I actually kind of feel sick.
My daughter‘s mac & cheese also very much lacked flavor. It just basically is noodles piled with like almost like a Velveeta type cheese and it just doesn’t taste very good and like I told them now she has an adult portion that she’s not going to finish it and admitting to the hospital tonight, so basically we wasted almost $25
I personally would not recommend this place. I think it’s expensive for what you get. The chicken is very greasy. You can see it in the bowl the other the oil.
I wish them the best but it was not an enjoyable experience for us.
Also, on a sidenote, no one is cleaning the tables. They are very dirty.
The music really is so loud that my daughter was covering her ear, saying too loud too loud
I took maybe 4 bites of my food and it’s just so greasy I feel sick.
Came in on a Saturday afternoon after a workout with my girlfriend. She had recommended this place before and it was only right to take her word for it.
As soon as you walk in, your nostrils are filled with the lovely scent of freshly baked bread. Might be because the rolled pitas are cooked right in front of you!
It is a made-to-order style restaurant like chipotle but the concept is fast-casual Mediterranean food which is new, refreshing, and healthy!
You start with your base; then, protein; and ultimately, your toppings.
It was a bit overwhelming but if you are a first timer like me—go for a power bowl.
The base was quinoa ( looks and taste like rice)
We ordered the protein which was half grilled chicken and half steak.
The grilled chicken and the steak were cooked to perfection. Props to the grill guy!
The hummus added that deep flavor that extends your pallet if you are new to Mediterranean food but it also enriches the flavor of the bowl.
Together with the onions, broccoli, and other veggies.
After my long, sad, disappointing, and fallen relationship with chipotle— I finally found a fast-casual spot that is better on quality of food, healthier, and most importantly—flavorful.
It was a bowl with so many components that made the bowl very dynamic and profound.
It was a new experience that left me satisfied without breaking the bank at 13$ per bowl— its a must try.
May consider marrying my girlfriend just for putting me onto this place! It was that GOOD!
Will come back to try their rolled pitas and more of their creamy hummus!
