Today I decided to get my favorite hot chai tea latte at the rt 38 CH starbucks. There were 3 cars already in drive thru, I still got in line. If I would’ve know that it would take almost 20 min, I would’ve gone inside. So I get my order and proceed to my destination. I took a sip and it was awful! I tried again after stirring, still horrible. It tasted like warm water and milk- no Chai. I return and go in, explain to the cashier, she takes it over and instructs a young man to replace it. The staff of 5 staff were all working. The young man handed me a new chair tea latte and it tasted the same!! I watched him make it, so he added an extra pump of Chai, which only slightly improved the taste. So either Starbucks has changed the quantity of Chai to make more money or the QUALITY of the Chai mix has been changed! For 6.00 a cup, not good! Guess I’ll just stop patronizing Starbucks

Honestly worst experience at this Starbucks. The employees looked like they didn’t want to be there. One of them made my drink wrong. I told her what she did gave me an attitude. The other girl made and again they made it wrong. Like I understand that sometimes we all can have a bad day. But if you like your job just don’t come because with that kind of attitude, you’re giving 0 customer service. I’m more upset that I was craving coffee and couldn’t even enjoy it.

Didn’t even know what to drink but Andy made really great suggestions and I decided to go with a customized recipe he suggested. I got a chocolate covered strawberry frap and it was amazing!! He said to order a mocha cookie crumble frap with strawberry purée and inclusions 🙂

This place is amazing! Excellent service and great staff! That previous post by “Tamica” aka Karen…is a complete lie! I was the one behind her in line and that boy was NOT rude. In fact, she was! Stop being a Karen! These retail workers are busting their butts during a global pandemic! 10/10 the best Starbucks around!

I came into this Starbucks to get a few beverages yesterday. The worker Andy was very rude and didn’t really wanna answer a few questions I asked. He seemed as if he didn’t like his job at all. I noticed he was rushing but I didn’t understand why because it was only a woman behind me.I don’t think I’ve ever experienced this kind of unfriendliness at any other Starbucks which I have been to a lot of different locations. I understand jobs are short of staff but his attitude was very unnecessary!

Leigh-Anne was amazing! Another batista took our order (incorrectly) and disappeared to take his break without fulfilling it, leaving Leigh-Anne with a full line and 3 open orders on the counter.
