I just went through the drive thru about 10 minutes ago and I was just given the best rallys experience to the point where I had to tell someone. I ordered the baconzilla combo. I will tell you that this sweet older man walked up to the window and handed me a bag of food that just blown my hair back and smacked my pickle to the point where I think i might leave my wife for this man. Went in last week and ordered 2 mushroom and Swiss. Only one burger.. Steve offered to replace with a combo when I came back. Good! Went today for it. Steve had the order made. Got back to eat, no burger in the burger. Called and waited 10 minutes with no answer.

Clean restaurant. Inside and out. The food was spot on. Frys was perfect. I got 2 burgers and they was great. The staff was friendly and kind. Restroom was clean.
Miss Rebrada was the manager. She’s friendly and all in on the job. It’s really hard for me to have a good experience at a fast food place these days. Today it made me feel happy to eat somewhere that goes the extra mile.
I respect a place that’s doing everything good. Today, they got a new customer!

Loaded fry could use more cheese. I received practically no mayo on the chicken sandwich, despite requesting mayo. Was not even enough mayo on it to taste any mayo at all. Two tiny dribbles that were not even the size of a pencils eraser.

The service was relaxed with a lot of fooling around in the kitchen, and they forgot part of my order. The washroom and drink station needed a bit more attention… sticky surface and a couple drinks were out.
The Big Buford Bites were mainly breading with hardly any filling. I didn’t taste Big Buford at all in the 4 bites, just a hint of meat and cheese.
The small fries were a joke, being smaller than kids’ size. But the sandwiches and shake were great! Staff were friendly, when they weren’t busy playing around with each other.
