Not sure what happened to my cheese stick Which is super unfortunate because I picked this up on my way home and yeah, so I really don’t have the capacity to drive all the way back, but you know whoever is expediting should really be paying attention to the quality of the food that goes in there to go orders

Weekday lunch visit. Came right as they opened so no problem with seating.
First impression – pleasantly surprised. Truth be told have not been to a ️’s for over 15 years.
Modern, bright, clean. Vastly different from the last ️’s I went to.
There were 5 of us but, our server was more than up to the task in terms of giving us a great dining experience.
From, change of order, taking mooore time to decide on what to order, to questions on billing, you can imagine what our server dealt with.
Kidding aside, he was 5-⭐ in terms of service.
We got 3 different kinds of burgers, my Oldtimer burger was great.
My companions were all happy and satisfied with their orders as well.
Will definitely be a returning customer.

We had a party of 6 adults and 4 kids. They were awesome making sure that chips and salsa were out right away and that the kids food was served first. The food was very good. We had tried to go to Texas Roadhouse first and there was an hour and a half wait for our large party. We were actually happy that we weren’t able to get in there as we feel our experience was much better at Chili’s.

Blake was our server he was great. I didn’t get the manager’s name but she was also attentive and fun. We enjoyed a Witches Brew Margarita, the triple dipper with southwest egg rolls, Mozzarella sticks, and big dippers, crispy chicken tenders (super crunchy and delicious), and steak and shrimp fajitas. If I could give 10 stars I would, loved it!

Shout out to Cody our server and the cook that actually knew how to cook a Medium Ribeye steak! Drinks from the bar took a little time, but we’re worth it. I love seeing all the cooperation and coordination the staff had to keep all the customers happy and content!

I’m a usual here and I’m not one to complain but I think it’s disgusting how that manager Hale Is almost always under the influence when working or how she manages! Her immature talking laughing wobbling and slanderous word speaking can confirm such things! She’s rude when you want to complain about certain stuff or quite frankly smells like liquor when she speaks to you! And the way she speaks to a round server on a basis is very disturbing! I can mind my business for workers having fun in establishments but when it’s out in the open it’s kind of weird seeing such behavior to be displayed out in the open, talk about professionalism!!! She’s also almost always sitting on a booth laughing out loud and gossiping with workers not managing the restaurant at times! What kind of establishment allows managers to be under the influence and be so coquettish with workers?

Placed an online order to pick up. Asked for the burger well done. Got home and started eating, It was pink. I can’t eat pink meat. The bacon sandwich i ended up with was ok. I called and was refunded, without any problems. I figured I’d feed it to my rottweiler. As I’m tearing the meat apart I notice it’s very raw in the middle. I know some dogs are on a raw food diet, but not my boogie rotweiller. He didn’t want it. Thanks so much for resolving the matter over the phone.

The manager Jennifer working the evening shift on 11/08 was racist. The waitress came to the table a total of 3 times. At the end we order 3 molten cakes and 1 cookie skillet, 20 minutes later they came and said they didn’t have the cookie and asked if a different desert was okay so we okay’s another molten cake and asked for the bill. We paid and tipped and then waited. After an hour of waiting, we ordered 2 more drinks, one each, when two of us had already had a total of 2 drinks. Another 20 minutes later after we had already paid for the drinks and paid and tipped, they came and said they couldn’t give us more drinks because we “were two intoxicated” when we were just laughing and waiting not trying to complain. We then told them to just give us a refund for the drinks and that we were just waiting for our deserts and they brought out the refund for the drinks and one molten cake. We were treated with 0 good service because we’re young and brown. We watched the white people next to us have no wait times and 4-5 drinks per person.
