Food is amazing, no doubt. Service isn’t great at all. I called the store to see if I could put in an order before hand, before I could ask my question the woman on the phone kept interrupting me by answering questions I didn’t ask. It seemed as she was trying to rush me off the phone. So I came in person to ask if I can order before hand, and if they had orders of the cream cheese senorita bread. Again, before I could ask both questions she said “No” multiple times in a rude and aggressive manner. I just bought a 45 piece box of senorita bread then she apologized after I bought it. It was the weirdest rudest interaction I’ve ever had there. I won’t be coming back. Good food doesn’t outweigh poor service.

First time trying the Señorita bread, it’s pretty good. They’re really soft, buttery, and a good kick of sugar. Some might argue they are too sweet, but I like it. 15 pieces for $6. Cash only. They are on the small side so get more than you think you want.

I decided to buy senorita bread yesterday. The last time I visited this store was before the pandemic. I’ve there maybe a 100 times. No complaint with customer service and their bread was always fresh, moist, and soft. But yesterday, the cashier lady seems moody. She looks irritated when I ask her about one of their product. She handed me my change and did not hear “thank you”. So I said, thank you to her, still she did not say anything. When I open my box, the bread was burned and it’s dry. It’s nothing like before.

A perfect batch of 60 (señorita breads) were ready in less than 6 minutes and they were blazing hot and were the hit of the party. I thought I left something and called and they walked all the way out to the parking lot for me, to no avail, but so nice. Anyway I found my keys.
