To start off, the restaurant was extremely unclean. Everything stuck to the tables and the back of the booth seats and there were words “carved” into the filth on the table. Then, our food order was incorrect and items were missing. After getting that reconciled, we attempted to eat the food. The sandwich should have been a prime rib sandwich with Swiss cheese, sautéed onions, and garlic aoli. It ended up being a garlic aoli sandwich with prime rib, Swiss, and raw onions. I’m not one to complain, but it was so drenched that it wasn’t even edible. Then, the Mac n Cheese looked like it was a week old. I’m so shocked at the whole experience. I’m newer to this restaurant (they didnt have them anywhere I have lived) and have only had PotBelly a handful of times and up until now, every time has been great! Granted, this was my first time at this location. I’m not sure if they didn’t put any effort in because it was a mobile order and they didn’t think we were in the restaurant with the intention of eating inside, or what. Regardless, this store really needs some TLC! I would like to note that the workers were extremely nice and receptive to the incorrect order and I did not give feedback about the sandwich in person (I was tired and honestly did not want to bother with asking them to remake it after it already took 20 minutes from the original order time).

I had a great experience at the Arundel Mills Potbelly today. Samiah and Philly were welcoming and helpful. They made two mean sandwiches for me, and the Mac and Cheese Soup was delicious too.
On top of it all, the BOGO special this week made the meal a very good value. Thanks!

Ordered a salad like I normally do when I go in and a soup. This time I ordered from GrubHub. The delivery was wonderful. The salad not so much. What I received was as pictured. I called the store to let them know that they gave me the end of the lettuce. The part that most people don’t like eating and some of it looks really brown. The person who answered the phone’s name was Brian. He said he is sorry that I had that experience even after I told him I wasn’t going to eat the salad. Did not offer anything for next time or didn’t bother to try to get it right.
Very disappointed. I used to eat here once a week. Love their salad and soup. Not a place I will frequent as much anymore.

1/10/26 at 6:15pm seems only two workers there. I had an online order usually the orders are where it says ‘ pickup orders here’ with the names of the peoples order who are either waiting to be picked up or being prepared’ when I walked in I was NOT greeted, my name was not on the screen and the worker did not ask me a thing, pretty much had to stand and wait as she walked back and forth looking clueless. FINALLY she knows how to ask me what my name is whole time my order just sitting by register . Don’t recommend, will NOT come back.

Got the Steakhouse beef, tasty flavorful satisfying sandwich. I enjoy all the flavors in the sandwich and all were present. I really appreciated it when the person making the sandwich verified I wanted the blue cheese and the horseradish aioli as some might order it and not notice it and not want the flavors. The blue cheese was good, but the horseradish was hiding to an extent.
Quick friendly service.
There wasn’t a line and this was my first visit to a Pot Belly making the layout of the restaurant slightly confusing (order at the far end of the counter, interact with the person making the sandwich mid counter, and pay at the end nearest the exit). In hindsight it is relatively intuitive, but I’d also bet I’m not the first person to not immediately know upon their first visit.

Low vibrational aesthetic despite getting past all that they make a decent sub that taste fresh. First time coming here and will be my last to this location after my experience. The initial order process was OK, but the person behind the counter made a mistake with the wrong sandwich. It was quick to fix so no issues, but whoever put the individual at the cashier’s area made a mistake. Multiple times I had to ask for this person to repeat themselves because it’s loud inside, they spoke very softly, and kept one of their headphones in their ear. But it got even worse when they began to have what appeared to be an attitude/irritation after being asked ‘can you say it again, I can’t hear you’ and when I said I didn’t have the QR for the rewards can I use my phone number, they responded with “you have to give it to me” after a few seconds of waiting after tapping on the screen. No one can hear you when you’re ready and it was extremely unprofessional to act that way after saying ‘I have a hard time hearing you.’
With multiple locations, I’ll just avoid this one for a while.

My wife and I ordered salads for dinner one night here through Uber Eats and it was a huge mistake.
We got the House Salads with chicken on them and the chicken was rotten and smelled like fish. The chicken genuinely smelled worse than my cat’s food, and that stuff makes me gag when I open a can.
We have eaten here in the past without issues, but we have no plans on ordering from here again.

This was my first potbelly experience and I was impressed. I got the steakhouse sandwich with everything on there and it was great. Restaurant was clean sanitary and the customer service was pretty good. Overall, I’d say I’ll probably be back!

The food was un acceptable on every level. My bacon was burnt black, my sandwich sloppy and the audacity to overcharge for bad food is beyond me. Never again. Highly do not recommend.
