Delicious food, friendly and great service! Everything was so good and tasted just like I remember it from my time in Korea. Had the Bibimbap and Gunmandu. I’m excited to try more of their offerings next time I am in Layton

I was super impressed with this restaurant! Food was spectacular! And finally a place that doesn’t have their music so loud that you need to yell to be able to talk with the people you came with.

Waitress was attentive and followed up regularly.

Cozy and not to hot or cold within the building.

The definition of not judging a book by it’s cover

Feels so homey like you are eating in a typical Korean restaurant in Korea. Food portioning is generous. We just love every bite of what we ordered.

This is very authentic Korean cuisine with some localized adaptations, such as adding shrimp and clams to the sundubu instead of the traditional mushrooms and pork.

I definitely recommend a visit if you’re nearby. The food, service, and price are all excellent, giving the experience a homemade feel.

Gosh, i wish i would have taken pictures. The food was as beautiful a it was tasty. I got the medium spicy beef bulgogi. It was the amount i always want. I am not from the area but this was the best i have ever had.

Only, thoughts. It could have been slightly less sweet and i wish there were more than four banchan options, maybe potatoes and pancake? I really like anchovies as well.

I will go back everyone I’m in the area for sure.

This place is a little hole in the wall, but the food is so good. It’s the closet thing I’ve found in Utah for authentic Korean especially with the side dishes. I love the spicy pork and gimbop. We come here often and have not been disappointed.

This was a fairly good find here in Layton. I’m traveling up here and was recommended this place from a friend. It was a nice cozy place with good food.
I ordered Japchae and a bi bim bap. Both were delicious. Well seasoned meats and a ton of veggies. They are a tad pricey but it was still reasonable.
I did find the bi bim bap, overall, a little plain on its own, but once I added some red sauce, delicious. Spicy and sweet. Really good.
The bi bim bap is a rice dish served in a hot stone bowl. I recommend mixing the sauce and rice at the beginning to keep from getting the rice too crispy.
I Let my rice get too crispy (my own doing, not against the restaurant).

Overall a good experience. Reminder they do close ar 2:30p so try not showing up at 2p… I did this, but the hostess/waitress was very accommodating regardless. Recommend checking out if you’re in the area.

One of my favorite restaurants! Their food is next level. Spicy orange chicken is terrific. They recently started making chicken wings. They’re super crispy with that amazing sauce they put on them! The staff has gotten to know me and my family with how often we go in. They’re quick to bring extra rice or extra sides to help feed my kids. Love this place!!!

This is a very small restaurant. It looks kinda sketchy from the outside. Once you get in, it makes you feel like you are at a friend’s place.
With every order, you get spicy pickles, kimchi, and sweet vinegar radish (they will bring more, all you have to do is ask, please only order what you will eat and not waste)

Have tried many of the dishes and would highly recommend the gunmandu (dumplings), bibimbop, japche, chicken yakisoba. Each dish can be made as spicy as you like. Small dishes will feed 3-4 people, large 4-6.
