This particular location is a great option for an early morning pick-me-up! Their coffee is consistently good, and they have a good variety of options to choose from. The pastries are delicious and never fail!! Baristas are typically in a good mood and are welcoming, olivia in particular never fails to make sure I have everything I need and is always greeting me in a well manner. She always has great recommendations and knows what I am looking for every-time! It is so refreshing to see the younger generation having that great customer service you want to experience. Great job to these baristas.

Nice place, but my coffee is ALWAYS wrong. Today I ordered a Venti Pike Place with 3 pumps of pecan syrup and a half inch splash of oatmilk. What I received was an overfull BLACK flavorless coffee that must have been the bottom on the barrel. It is gritty and disgusting. Worst cup of coffee I have ever paid for. I took my tip back. Do better Starbucks.

Definitely the best Starbucks in the Syracuse area. Was very happy when this location opened just based on convenience. It’s an easy hop off hop on the highway. But the customer service is night and day from many other locations. And the manager here is fantastic.

I haven’t caught her name but the little blonde (black apron), shoutout to her. I’ve rarely seen her until this weekend but every time I do she is nonstop moving. She is setting the bar extremely high for baristas and I truly believe she is one of the most motivated individuals I’ve seen. My drink is always perfect, yet she seems to move at 20 mph. I was there before store open, and bearista was already sold out?! I have 2 different versions from the Starbucks employees at this location. How should I believe them. Starbucks should ask to their employees if they want to purchase some items, so they don’t have to lie to the customers. It bothers me that we showed up super early and things are gone (when there was no customers before us.) – BTW, worst hot chocolate I’ve tried in Starbucks. I got a dirty cup.
