You definitely will not miss out on any of the events because there are televisions everywhere, wall-to-wall entertainment. I definitely was not expecting to see televisions in the restroom, yes I said the restroom. It was a great vibe as everyone was enjoying themselves. It was a great way to end the night. I must commend the entire staff because everyone was professional and polite from the moment we walked through the door, until we departed. Be Blessed.
Because I live far away and it was late, I called immediately. I was told to call back the next morning to speak to the general manager. Since then, the experience has gone from bad to worse….
Lack of Professionalism, when I finally got a manager on the phone, he sounded visibly irritated and acted as if helping me was a burden. His tone with me was frustrated and dismissive, yet I could hear his tone shift to “happy and friendly” when speaking to the girls on staff. It’s clear where his priorities lie, and it isn’t with customer service or quality control.
Broken Promises, he asked me to email photos of the burnt food, which I did immediately. He also took my full credit card information, claiming he would process a refund.
Zero Follow-Through: It is now January 17th—nearly three weeks later. I have received no refund, no response to my email, and no follow-up call.
At this point, it’s not just about the $50; it’s about a complete lack of integrity. For a large, successful establishment, it is pathetic that management cannot handle a simple, justified refund. To the manager I spoke with: you should seriously reconsider your line of work if you lack the temperament and basic organizational skills to fix a legitimate mistake.
I enjoy other Twin Peaks locations, but I will never return to this one as long as it is run by this current management team. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff actually values the customers as much as they value their internal social hour.
She has that rare skill where she’s fun without being fake, attentive without hovering, and professional while still making you feel like a regular. You can tell she actually cares about the guests and the experience, not just the shift.
If you’re coming to Twin Peaks and want great service with personality, ask for her. Management should know she’s the kind of server that keeps people coming back — and bringing friends with them.
Will definitely be requesting her again.
Had yet another amazing visit to Twin Peaks . This time Yvette and Jezzet helped me . Not only were they so very beautiful and charismatic , they were working hard . I felt welcome and part of the family here . It’s always very consistent here on the Service front , thank you. Absolutely made my day .
From the moment I was seated, Taylor ensured my experience was seamless, even relocated to me a booth, knowing that I was working on a laptop and needed to be near to any outlet.
She has an incredible knack for timing; I never once had to look around to catch her eye. My drinks were refilled almost before I realized I was running low—a level of attentiveness that is hard to find even in the best establishments. She communicate and interacted with grace, ensuring every detail was accounted for without ever making the service feel rushed, and observant to needs on a real time basis.
Taylor is not only striking—with her blonde hair and remarkably kind, bright eyes—but she also possesses a great personality that makes you feel like a priority. She is knowledgeable, polite, and carries a professional confidence that gave me total assurance as if I were at a five star dinning establishment, and complements to both managers as they did the same.

However, Katy Pea was absolutely amazing. Total joy with her friendly and bubbly vibe. Service was on point always making sure we were okay and kept our drinks full!
