Horrible staff/food! This was only my 2nd time here and let me say it was like night and day. The food was absolutely horrible, bland, and both noodles/veggies soggy. I asked for no onions and big massive onions! The staff was rude and short tempered. It was about 8:30pm and I probably will never be back. The main manager who assisted me the first time was amazing but was not there my 2nd time. All staff (waiters and cooks) need to retrained before you start to lose business because I tell people about my experience! Pic is when they supposedly fixed it by removing onions and keeping the noodles soggy. Assistant manager needs to be trained on how to smile and actually attempt some kind of decent customer service/interaction. No complaints on my first visit which is why I’m so disappointed l. The food was great! Everything was fresh. Music videos were fun to watch. This was not Captain D’s, so it was priced like any other quality sit-down restaurant. Wife had sushi and I had a salad. Finished off a Hall of Fame Brownie (it’s lightly fried). Going home to take a nap now!

Good food, but despite the server’s best efforts, they hadn’t been trained properly.
We had the shrimp tempura roll, Japanese bagel roll, and a veggie roll. As you can see from the pictures attached to this review, the Japanese bagel rolls were sloppily made. However, the ratio of cream cheese to salmon was very good for this roll type. The shrimp tempura roll didn’t stay together very well, but it was very good. The veggie roll was as you’d expect – plain but good idea that’s what you like.
We also got a side of fried rice which is where the service issue enters. We had a free one through the rewards program – the server had no clue how to scan it. She went to ask for help from a coworker or a manager, and when she came back she scanned but didn’t actually apply the reward. With their iPad system I then immediately paid without knowing it hadn’t been taken off.

The owner, Miss Kristen, is awesome!! She remembers my fiance and I for being continous customers. I love the food here, it is really tasty and well priced. I finally have a ramen place in town that I can visit and the dish is always fresh, hot, and exquisite. The worker, Lily, is always mostly my server/bartender. She is very sweet and helpful for whatever things I may need while I dine in. Not to mention the atmosphere of Rock n Roll guitars and music, the esthetic is definitely rock. Who doesn’t love the sound of good music and a sushi roll.

Fantastic! Absolutely nailed the mark. Clarksville is ready for this. Great sushi. Jailhouse Roll slaps. Watched music videos from Van Halen to the Doors, to the Spin Doctors. Awesome place. Absolutely fabulous.

We came into a clean restaurant and were met by multiple staff members. Our server Josh was fantastic from start to finish. He turned us on to the meal we ordered for our family and including a complimentary appetizer. He never let us run out of anything. I felt like he went above and beyond to make our meal a good one, including the kids in our group.

We tried this place for dinner after the wait at another sushi restaurant was too long. The atmosphere was fun and an interesting concept for a sushi place. The rolls we ordered were decent and relatively inexpensive for a night out to eat. Unfortunately the service ruined the overall experience. We waited over 30 minutes for two rolls. When they finally arrived, the server didn’t have utensils or plates so we had to wait even LONGER to eat while just looking at our food in front of us. So overall, decent food but we probably won’t return.

Great food and atmosphere! The new owner is very friendly and has very a very good menu. This was our second visit and we brought our whole family. One of our sons doesn’t like sushi, but there were several options for him to choose from and he really enjoyed it! Highly recommended!

I came in here looking for a safe sushi roll for celiacs. They have one roll that is SO GOOD that I can have, the spicy tuna. Although this isn’t a designated gluten free place the owner is always SO CAREFUL with my food and I’m a SUPER sensitive celiac and I have never had a reaction. The staff smile when I come in and never give me attitude about having to give my food special care and honestly it’s so appreciated. The owner even always says hi and I love it here and everytime I eat out I know I’ll be taken care of. It’s such a nice staple for me and I’m so grateful for the staff treating me like a person with a food allergy and not a burden!
