So glad you’re open on Thanksgiving and Christmas! The food here is absolutely delicious – some of the best Chinese cuisine we’ve had. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. It’s such a pleasant surprise to find you open on major holidays like these. We’ll definitely be placing an order again this Thanksgiving and Christmas! Highly recommend this place – great food, great service, and amazing holiday hours!

Portions are HUGE which is awesome. Lady at desk was very nice and polite. Food was delicious. We forgot some of our food and one of the gentleman in the back was nice enough to run outside and give us the food we were forgetting! Place was clean and quiet. Would recommend! free candy and keychains which is nice and inviting. No complaints to be had. Will be eating here again

We’ve ordered from King Wok a few times since the new owners took over. The first time was great, and it seems to get better every time we order, somehow!!!
My daughter LOVES the fact that they have more vegetarian options to choose from now as well! Everyone should give the new owners a try – don’t let the past cloud your judgement. Since these two have taken over, you can tell the difference! YUM!

Ordered two things for here tonight: sweet and sour chicken and boneless spare ribs. The staff forgot the sweet and sour sauce. They argued on the phone with my girlfriend for 20 minutes about it claiming it was included, which it was not. Then they had the audacity to hang up on her two times. We will not be going back to an establishment that has rude staff, is argumentative, can’t make an order correct and then refuses to makeup for their error.
For shame on you KingWok, you should be ashamed of yourselves and how you treat your customers.

I highly recommended not eating here. The moment you walk into the store the floor is completely dirty.
My last experience I walked in to order with my two small children and the lady at the counter yelled at me about general tso chicken sizes. It was extremely awkward and I just walked out. Been going there about ten years. Will never be there again as it looks like they have completely fell off

Fried rice had a weird taste of cinnamon, general tsao sauce was dull not spicy. The lo mein was not fresh seemed like it sat all day. The shrimp in it was soggy and soft, the pork was hard to chew I had to spit it out. Won’t go back. Prices were extremely high at lunch. This was take out.

I phoned in my order for pick up. The person on the other end was very soft spoken. I could hardly hear her. I was clear on what I wanted. I had them repeat back my order. It sounded wrong.
I wanted a large chicken lo mein. And a large/qt size of white rice. When I picked it up, there sat a very small 2 part plastic container of lo main and white rice and an egg roll….I guess it was a lesson in managing my expectations. LoMein tasted fine. Egg roll was fine. I did not get the amount of white rice I needed. All for $12. Not a good value, imo

I really appreciate the new crew at King Wok. The food is fresh and tasty. The portions are large, the people are friendly and the service is fast. It is a great place to go to eat in, or for take-out.

I have been trying to reach this restaurant all day today and no one is answering the phone. The menu says they are open on Sundays from 10:30am-8:30pm. Closed on Monday’s. Their website says they are open. Google says they are open. Yet, no one answers. Extremely disappointed.
