I was told I was going to have to wait for 3 meat pizza for 40 minutes, so I changed my order to Cheese pizza and Pepperoni pizza, and was told I’d have to wait 10 minutes. Turns out that I had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Went back through the driveway in 10 minutes, and they said they gave my order away. Been waiting for a whole hour. I do not recommend going to this Little Caesars.

Went on Friday oct 17th ordered the pizza at 10:50 to pick it up at 11:30 arrived at 11:30 pizza was not even put In oven , I ask when will it be ready the cashier said she did not know . Not helpful when you were wanting to get home. Callled corporate they said they will call back . Not call back no respond from emails . All I want it a refund for a pizza that should have been done or at least a time to pick it up and not leave me hanging . It was not ready till 12:30 almost 1:00 . Which I was already home cause I was not able to wait for a pizza who had no estimate time to pick up

Sent hubby to get three things of bread for me and the kids cause we love it. Called at 7:26.. 8:21 he has the bread after being asked to pull around 2/3 times because our food isn’t done. People in there giving boxes of food away with other peoples names on them making you wait while they make more. “The full order isn’t ready” “oh now we are waiting on your breadsticks again” you can’t make this up. Like why people? We ordered before the rush and still got stuck in the rush because they gave our food away more than once. 00000/10

Website address hasn’t been updated, directions took me to O’Reilly Auto parts….had an online order and when I got there my phone said it was ready but couldn’t be put in the pizza portal for some reason….three customers were already in the lobby being totally ignored by the workers…. I will say the food was fresh and correct but they could stand to do something about better serving people in the lobby

It’s a clean place to eat the employees. There seem to be knowledgeable of the product. They were very friendly at the window as I went through the drive-thru. My order was ready exactly when they said it would be. I’ll be buying it from them again. For a quick cheap lunch or supper, I don’t think you can go home.

I put an order on through the app at 6:44pm and put my pick up time for 7:15pm., I got there and went and got in the line and waited. When I got to the window we still sit there and then finally got to give my name for my order, while sitting there at 7:15pm the app tells me my pizza was just put in the oven at 7:11pm and they let us sit there for a few minutes and tired to tell us we needed to go back around and sit back in the long line because my order wasn’t ready yet. I told them no I wasn’t gonna do that because i order on the app for a certain time for my pick up and it should’ve been ready and it wasn’t right I needed to get sit back in the line and wait for another 10 or so minutes. So we finally pulled around and I went into while my husband stayed in the car with my one mouth old, and I walked in to the works in the back running there mouths about me and my order, and I still had to stand there with about 6 other people while no one came to the front for about 5 minutes , while my order wasn’t ready sitting there ready. I order through the app and had a pick up time for a reason and my food should be ready at the time or around the time I put it. I WILL NEVER ODER FROM THIS ONE EVER AGAIN. Very slow and workers are rude

Deep dish has always been good, crispy corners all the way around because it’s cooked in a pan. Today was awful and definitely baked on a sheet. Big old pancake not from a pan. Too many folks working and I’m the only customer.
