Actually, I think Marco’s make a pretty darn good pizza at a great price! Better than most! They run good promotions and often have specials in your inbox. I always “double” the pizza sauce to compensate for, what I feel can be dry pizza. With double sauce, it’s perfect! This Bedford, TX. location always has great people working and the store is very tidy and clean.

Used to love this place. Recently pizza has been either barely covered (huge areas without sauce, cheese, or toppings) or covered in so much grease/oil it’s literally dripping out of the box.
Very rude gentleman calling out orders. Not a good experience. Hope the quality and customer service can return to what it once was. Love to support businesses close by!

We order every week and most of the time it’s good. Quality has gone way down and this is how they slice their pizza almost every time.. im editing my review because a fair assessment would be to say that despite the recent issues we have had this place is the absolute best pizza in thr area. This place is awesome! The manager, Jack, is kind and considerate! I ordered a large Italian sausage pizza and bread sticks! The meat on the pizza was very large sized and the crust was infused with garlic and a heavenly rising crust! It was so good! I will be heading back soon!!

The only reason I am graciously giving three stars is due to the fact that either the supervisor or manager whoever was on duty saw me waiting there for a long time. The only reason I showed up was because I had got a email and notification from the app that my order is ready for pick up. I only live around the corner so it was a surprise when I got there and my order wasn’t even started yet and I waited over 40 minutes when I asked the counter agent who had all the piercings over her face. She had a bad attitude and could not provide me an update, which I think was bogus because everybody else was getting an update. Then when she had to go answer a phone, someone else stepped up to the counter, so I then proceeded to tell him to just cancel my order at this time because it was ridiculous to be waiting for over 40 minutes for Marco’s Pizza of all things and to just refund me and the manager supervisor Who was behind the counter helping stated that she is expediting my order because she noticed it was skipped, and they would refund me and give me my food for free. If it wasn’t for her they would be getting only 1 star and corporate would be getting involved for the poor lack of customer service from the woman employee who seems to need more training or maybe just not be customer focused and only on the back end cooking and making the pizzas since she can’t seem to handle her attitude when clearly the customer is in rights to ask where their order is after 40 minutes of waiting.
