Came in for lunch yesterday and a Girl with extension braids was very rude with an attitude, she rushed me through the line and did not listen to me because she was so worried about helping some guy who was behind me! When I addressed that I did not receive the same treatment as the man behind me she rolled her eyes and shoved my sandwhich down the line to the girl who was already making one so that I could sit there ignored as she proceeded to help the man in line behind me! Do better! every customer and sale should matter not just your boyfriends!

Alexis and Emily were both AMAZING! They both have great customer service and both made coming here a great idea lol I was debating on where I wanted to grab a bite and they made choosing this specific subway totally worth it! If you want Subway, do yourself a favor and drive a mile down the road to the Subway on Stockton Hill Rd. Unlike that Subway, you don’t get greeted when you walk in this one. Not a huge deal but also you need a key from the cashier so washing your hands to eat with is useless. I also received a tiny amount of roast beef on my sandwich (see photo) so I politely asked for more but the employee told me they weigh each serving of meat (with what their hands?) and each serving is exactly 1.5 ounces like that is possible to weigh just using your hands. So I left very unsatisfied and hungry. It was also not very clean there. So in summary if you like being greeted and clean hands to eat with and more meat on your sandwich and nicer Subway employees, go to the Stockton Hill Subway.

Awful service. Line so long people walked out. Only register crashed while checking out and took 5 minutes to restart. Used an entire 30 minute lunch break just to get 1 sandwich, which was then cold by the time i purchased it, without being able to use the gift card which was the only reason i came in in the first place.

Best subway in the area. Jojo made a nice sandwich and didn’t feel rushed for once. The place was very clean and the staff were very sweet.
