Rude customer service. Young girl walked away as I walked up to place my order inside and she proceeded to book table of 6 people. They forgot my cheese to my 3way. Not sure how boss managed that being she looked in the bag. Had to go back. Small portions, wont be back.

Food is great and the service in the dining room is always great. But listen to me brother when I tell you this drive thru is a disaster. The woman working it has zero urgency.
Example. Tonight we pulled in and had three cars ahead of us. My wife changed her mind about getting skyline and wanted to get Hi Sushi instead (located at the opposite end of a shared parking lot). She called and placed the order, got out of the car and walked there, picked up the order and walked back to me as I was still waiting in line. Embarrassing.
4/5 stars, everything is great but you may as well close the drive thru until new help is found.

This Skyline location went from a 3.5 to a 1 star out of 5 in the past few months for me. I go through the drive thru after work a couple of times a week and began noticing small quality issues with my orders like lukewarm food, lack of crackers, no napkins, etc. Well, this last time the food actually was on the colder end of “warm”, not enough chili on three-ways and incorrect items. I ordered 2 three ways-regular and large sized and what I received were a subpar, cold large sized 3-way and a child sized 3 way (also cold). And while they managed to remember the crackers they shorted me on cheese (provided 2 standard size bags instead of 1 standard + 1 large size). I would not be writing this scathing review if they’d even responded to a corporate email detailing my poor experience. DO NOT spend your money here!!!!

Ordered a small 4 way with beans and extreme cheese. That is my regular order. It never changes. That is what I ordered. They brought out a regular 4 way with regular cheese. Fine, I’ll take a larger size, but I did mention that the wrong cheese was on there – my server brought out the side of extreme cheese for me (because that’s what was SUPPOSED to be on the way) and lo and behold, I am charged for it. Charged for cheese I should’ve had in the first place. Fries were barely cooked and had a hair in them. Overall, a disappointing experience.
