I have never done anything like this in my life but I feel I need to save all the people from the aggravation that we experienced.
I’ve been getting pizza at Roberto’s for many years even when they carried a different name tag. They are on Clint more just west of military. We ordered what we told ourselves would be the last try for this place as they have gone downhill as it has gotten busy in season. We made it very clear that we didn’t have any concern how long it took for a pie to get here. When the pie came it was ice cold hard as a rock and completely unedible and thrown right into the dumpster
I called the restaurant the next day and they offered to replace it which was fine I said not now I’ll call during the week. I called today and all of a sudden they want to give me a $10 credit on a $28 order that I didn’t even eat. In fact the owner whose name is Roberto who I was always friendly with wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise all he kept saying was $10 credit what’s your order $10 credit what’s your order. And my roommate orders directly from them and spends a ridiculous $4 delivery fee when doordash will deliver it for free. She wants to help the restaurant who apparently doesn’t want to help us correct their own error.
As I stated this was their last chance they will never see another one of my dimes and we were good for easily 8 to 10 orders a month for over 5 years. It’s a sad ending watching the food go downhill the portions get smaller The food getting colder and the service getting worse and worse. Sometimes you have to let go of the past

We order from this pizza place about twice a month, and it never disappoints. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and delivery is consistently fast and reliable. Our order is always accurate, and the quality stays great every time, which is why we keep coming back. It’s become our go-to spot for delivery pizza- for our office !

CRUST THIS IS THE THIN CRUST – This is the best pizza in boca I ordered a sausage, meatball Hawaiian for the kids and the adults ate it. I lived in Napoli per un anno un mezz per lavoro con Boeing. Read about this new pizza place and decided to try it. Asked how long they have been opened and was told 13 years, so they changed the name from Renzo’s Pizza.
Ordered a large 1/2 mushroom and 1/2 pepperoni pizza with a thin crust. It was just ok.
There are much better pizzerias in the area.

Roberto’s, formerly known as Renzo’s is my favourite pizza PERIOD. This is the 4th time I’ve experienced this place and even though the name hase changed, the pizza is consistently great. The veal, spaghetti, and garlic bread are okay but the pizza is the star of the show. Order extra cheese! You’ll get an amazingly greasy slice but the crust is perfectly crispy. How do they do this perfectly every time?? Whenever I’m in Boca, this place is on the “YES PLEASE”list. Why don’t we have pizza like this in Toronto?? Change names as much as you need but please PLEASE don’t change your pie!!!

Had a large Cheese Pizza very New York Style And it was delicious.

Their lunch specials are anything but special. They may lower the price but they also remove half the food. I provided a photo of what their Chicken Francese lunch special looks like that I got a less then an hour ago. When you get a lunch special it should be a discounted price, not discounted portion. One (1) piece of chicken and half portion of pasta, give me a break! Also, when asking for extra sauce they had the audacity to charge me $2.00 extra for a couple of tiny spoon full’s of sauce without telling me of the ridiculous extra fee (I demanded a refund). When getting the refund, they “accidentally” charged me again and I made sure they refunded me now twice for the extra sauce. The food may taste okay but the customer service and the bad portions and not good prices are absolutely not worth going back to. Other options I prefer around the corner are Papa Giuseppe, Sal’s Italian Ristorante or Prezzo. I strongly advise to go elsewhere after this experience.

I ordered an 18 inch pie with mushrooms. When I opened it at home the coverage of mushrooms was terrible as maybe 60% was covered and I took a snapshot of the pie as proof. I called Robertos and spoke to “Rut” when i got home and there were problems with there phones as I could barely hear “Rut” who insisted that it must have been my phone. I told her what happened and she said that she would credit me half on teh next order but if she was not around she was not sure but that she would write a note. I told her that I had a picture of the pie but she did not seem interested.
