Food was good. We ordered the margherita pizza with crispy crust. The sauce was very good, not sweet, but actually fresh Italian tasting. It was very good. We also ordered a salad. The dressings were homemade and very good which was a nice touch. The service was very attentive.

Update: we enjoyed lunch so much we went back for supper a couple of weeks later. Hoping to enjoy the pizza and Cesar salad w cocktails. It didn’t work out as well. The bar didn’t have the ingredients to make two different very basic cocktails. The Cesar salad was swimming in dressing and was unetable. We ordered pizza by the slice and it was very tired, as this was about 5 in the evening and I suppose most pizza was made at opening at 11AM? (Guessing)
Anyway…we will return, but will keep the order simple. Fresh whole pizza and soda or beer.

Simple NY style pizza and pasta. The pizza is totally legit. Fresh ingredients and hand tossed makes it feel like it is straight from the Bronks.
For the “Build Your Own” you pick one of the 4 or 5 bases and add up to 5 toppings onto that. We chose Margherita base and added 2 meats and 3 veggies. Oh so yummy. The rich tomato sauce is Exactly as it should be. Get it well done and the crust comes out nice and crispy on the bottom.
They have a full bar and at least half a dozen TV’s, so it may be a good spot on Game Day. All employees warm amd welcoming and attentive.
If it is legit NY Pizza you want, this is the best spot in Blount County and further.

My wife and I are from the East Coast so when we discovered Jaboni’s we were excited to find New York Style pizza nearby. Unfortunately our experience was not good. We ordered a large pizza that came out barely warm. We had the waitress take back the pizza and have it heated up but she returned with it only slightly warmer and definitely not hot. It did not taste like a fresh pizza and I suspect it had been made earlier and reheated after we ordered. We are hoping we can find another place in the area that has east coast style pizza.

We won’t be eating here again. $4 for extra sauce on the pizza and $10 for a piece of cake is ridiculous. Your pizza is good, but it should be the best I’ve ever eaten for the price you charge.

I try to grab a bite at Jaboni’s every time I come to Maryville. Erin done an excellent job answering questions, serving the food, even modifying one order to make sure I got exactly what my taste buds desired, sensational. Nikki is always entertaining and provided excellent customer service and conversation all while helping the kitchen and managing the floor at the same time, what more could you ask. Jaboni’s is worth every penny, every time.

Updated: went from 4 stars to 3. Pizza is still excellent but the slices shrank like 30%. You can see how big the slices were before but now they are so small for $5.

Knoxville but they only had slice bar on Saturdays. The Maryville one has a slice bar everyday which is awesome. Love their Pizzas. My wife got the meat pie which was good but the sauce was a little off. Almost like it was watered down due to the large pieces of onions in the sauce? I love onions so I liked that part but it lacked flavor so maybe more seasoning and tomato paste?

AMAZING! Food was delicious. This was our first time here. Our waitress, Rhea, was very helpful and attentive. My wife had the stuffed shells. (We opted for the sauce to be put on the side instead of on the dish.) I had the stuff meat pie. Believe me you would not be disappointed with it. So we’re both full and ready to take naps. Try it and enjoy!!!

This is my first trip to Jaboni’s. Trust me it will not be my last. Monday thru Friday 11-2, they have a two slice and drink lunch special for $6.95. FYI, not all slices are part of the special. I got (not part of the special) a slice of the White pizza and a slice of the Stuffed Meat pie. They were both delicious!!!!
