I visited again today 08/25/2023 and the food is still totally awesome as always!! Check out the new photos. The average price was roughly $10-$15 per person and now it’s more like $15-$20 per person. Still worth every penny ❤ but I don’t have very many pennies left 🙁

My wife has gluten allergies so she loves the lettuce wrapped burgers. The are fresh cut daily and cooked in oil!!!

The price is, as always, slightly high but it’s so worth it. It’s not Fast Food but it’s sure is fast!! Just wait for them to yell out your patty quantity!!

This place is incredible. I loved fries specifically, they fill the bag full of fries, so there’s no reason to get anything above a regular size fry. And you can add much if their spicy seasoning to it….hmmm yummyyy…..Definitely recommend this place to anyone who like spicy flavors.

I love Five Guys but…Please. Please. Please read and believe all the negative reviews for this location. I just left this location on 9/25/25 and will never go back to this location. I haven’t been to this location in over a year because the service is horrible.
I received a corporate email and decided to try to see if things are better since the last few visits. Well this location on Meachem has gotten worse and they don’t seem to understand why no customers except online orders. I walked in and a guy was sweeping probably owner and refused to acknowledge me. No cashier. No customers. One guy cooking. Several guys working in back. Still nobody is talking to me. I finally tell cook I’m here to pick up my online order. He rolls his eyes and gives me a cup. I walk to pickup to get my food and see two orders ready. The cook proceeds to mumble and disrespect me again by saying go make your drink. I said excuse me? He said go make your drink. I said my food was ordered 45 minutes ago and still not ready. He gets smart with me again and says no not ready I told you to go make your drink and wait on fries.
Speechless but overall never seen anyone speak or be nice at this location. I get my drink and ask for a bag for my peanuts while still waiting on order. I was just ignored and as many many many reviews state this location refuses or doesn’t like to give PAYING customers peanuts which is part of the brand & price. A guy walks in and was ignored just like me. The cook goes here. Here? Not Ms here’s your food. What the heck is wrong with this location? Nasty & rude service and cheap location that doesn’t want you getting peanuts. The owner has got to stop being cheap, hire better staff and bring class to this restaurant or it will close down.

It’s Five Guys. Their burgers are amazing. I don’t know who the cook was today but I swear my burger was bigger than it has ever been even with three patties. Don’t judge me lol. But staff was so friendly when I walked in. Seems simple but I work in customer service, to feel welcome sets the tone

The only problem is that they keep the restaurant at around 65°F, so if you plan to dine in, you’ll need a jacket to stay comfortable inside.
