This place. Food is really good sometimes, it’s honestly hit or miss but I don’t guess it’s ever been terrible. Just less good. But, lord to get them on the phone to find out. I guess if you live there it’s easy to just go up there and wait for 15 min or so while they make it. I promise there’s a high likelihood you will spend that amount trying to place an order! Since I do not live in hickory flat, I would prefer to get someone on the other end and place my order. Even if I’m passing through, it’s ridiculous they can’t answer the phone to take an order. Or at least pick up and ask you to hold if busy. Half the time the line just disconnects after a few rings. It’s so rude and you wonder if it was a service issue or an accident. Well until it happens every single time you call. Do this place has some good food but I don’t eat here much bc I can’t place an order. I cannot stand having to chase an establishment down to beg them to let me give them my business. Nope. On to the place that appreciates having customers.

I’m at a loss for words! Waitress walked right past me said nothing then asked another guy who just walked in if she could get him a cup of coffee that was just rude as hell…then I asked the girl at the register if I could just get food to go because honestly I wouldn’t have tipped someone who was rude to me anyway. she said no cuz their was only one person in the kitchen and they are busy making food for the case. Apparently the regular cook has personal problems and will just be in at whatever time they want.
