When I come to this jack n box they only have 1 or 2 people. I have a video where there are workers outside smoking and a line of over 10 cars. I pulled up to the order menu and no one said anything for 13 minutes.

I was here on work. I wanted a good meal at almost 11 at night. I already like JIB but this was the cleanest, nicest, and best one I have ever been to. The food was fresh and delicious! It hit the spot and was the best JIB curly fries I ever had in my 25 yrs of eating JIB! I’m so glad I picked them tonight. They really nailed it!!

Today 10/12/25 at 1:25 p.m. I want to really send a positive shout out to the cook! They really did an excellent job on every item in my order from the curly fries to the chicken and the monster tacos.. just excellence! The staff is always friendly but the food is never bad but today was great!!

Not happy! My door dash driver brought my food, lovely lady. I sent her a message to please make sure they give me the sweet and sour sauce for my egg rolls. When picked up my order, drive thru person said that was $1 extra. She was smart enough to know it is not! I’ve tried calling the restaurant to reach a manager to let them know a thief is running your drive thru at 130 am. I will call corporate!

This is the Jack in the box that I have ever been to. The manger helped me have a 10 percent discount and helped because the app wasn’t working to do the transaction. It wasn’t accepting my payment. I used the exact same card to pay for our meals,sides and such. The manager helped by giving me the 10 percent discount even though it wasn’t the 20 which the 10 was better than nothing. So I’m very disappointed that I didn’t get my discount from the app,but thankful that she helped us get some and some delicious food so I am doing the 5 star for her helping and honestly the food was awesome. They were happy I came in to try it for my first time too. Great job.

Jack in the Box was a regular thing for me a year a good. NOW, it’s a treat. This location, DOES keep there ranch cold. It matters… J.I.B. cold ranch, with fresh hot curly fries… the best! Two tacos if you just need a snack. They’ve got new, “munchies meal” type meals… but a bit different. I haven’t tried one yet. The dining room has multiple outlets for charging your electronics too.

Christmas eve night 10 pm and the drive through in taking a hour they are only processing 1 car at a time I have never seen anything like this i finally got out of line after sitting for a ridiculous amount of time!!! I seriously do not no what they are doing in beside trying to see how long people will sit in line theres no way it take that long to throw food in grease and go ♀️

We stopped here while passing through on our trip. Even though I’ve been disappointed with other Jack in the Box locations in the past, I decided to give it another shot because I can’t resist a good Sourdough Jack. I’m so glad I did—this visit completely redeemed it for me! They made our order perfectly; honestly, it was the best Jack in the Box I’ve had in years.
I happened to step inside to use the restroom and noticed the air conditioning was out—it was hot in there! Despite that, the drive-thru attendant was incredibly polite and friendly, handling everything with a smile even with the chaos going on inside. I really hope they get the AC fixed soon—this hardworking staff deserves to be comfortable!
