Stopped by DQ in Williams AZ on Route 66. It was a cute vintage style location, I totally got barn yard feels. We ordered the double burger, chili cheese dog, grape slush, and the smores shake. Everything was delicious! They were super busy, but the girls behind the counter were so nice. We’d come here again! Happy Eats ✌️

Williams is beautiful. Having Dairy Queen in Williams is awesome! My wife and I try to make it up there twice a month in the summer. We always stop at Dairy Queen while we are there. Great ice-cream and a wonderful staff!

My food and dessert were 11/10 , My Cheeseburgers were juicy and very tasetful my onion rings and fries were on par I could tell their oil was clean and maintained the staff was super nice and greeted me and my daughter with kind words excellent enviroment everyone was helping eachother and communicated things professionally due to the busy evening hours this has been noticed and you guys rock!

Total fail today. My family and I visit on a regular basis. Yesterday our order was wrong, and once again today, our order was seriously wrong. First time I got the Burrito Supreme, in every sense of the word, the is nothing Supreme about this Burrito. Ordered a 10 piece Chicken Nugget, extremely small size nuggets and only one dipping sauce, which had a hole in the bottom of it, how do you not notice something so obvious when putting it in the bag? Ordered a Banana and Vanilla MooLatte and got a Vanilla and some other Coffee flavor?? What’s the deal? Where has the service and quality gone? Why would we come back if you can’t provide the same value and service you always have. As I said before, Total Fail Dairy Queen!!

Bad burger. Not made well and just tasted bad. Fries were good. Soda was all carbonation.
The girls working the front register were very busy making fun of their customers loudly enough for me to hear them in the very loud room.
When my order was ready they never told me even though I was sitting on the bench right in front of them (inside). Another customer had to tell me he thinks that’s my order.
Also dead bugs all over the floor.

The food was awesome. Original old school Dairy Queen, everything was grilled over fire not fried. Real old fashioned milkshake with real strawberries, most excellent. I highly advise everyone to eat here.

Absolutely amazing hospitality. My 3 year old daughter insisted she wanted mermaid unicorn ice cream. In an effort to humor my daughter, when I asked our server behind the counter if they did in fact have mermaid unicorn ice cream she responded “Yes!” She then put together a special treat including a drawing of a unicorn. Going above and beyond like this created a wonderful memory. Thank you!

We’ve been coming here for years. Never had a food complaint till now. We both ordered Jr. burger meals. Someone dumped a bunch of pepper on both burgers and a ton of salt onto the fries. Why? Won’t be coming back.
