Grande, ughhh I think not not even a cup of ingredients in this supposed GRANDE burrito. Major disappointment for the price paid. People watch out this is what we are paying. Taco Bell I think this is a disgrace to the brand and your company. The employees must be upset they have to work thanksgiving morning or portion of the actual product needs mending. I hope this reaches millions and the right people to fix this. That was just one of the items we ordered. We did not take a pic of our other burritos because we bit them and there was no sausage in it accept half of a sausage patty or what looked like part of a sausage patty. Anyway your customers deserve fa better than this TACO BELL. McDonald’s and BURGER KING is starting to look and sound better if this keeps up. ( yeah had to enlarge the photo cause of how small it actually was.)

Unfortunately took almost 28 minutes to get the orders out, with 4 people working. Food was very sloppy put together and the chalupa was very stale. Also didn’t have the dipping sauce for the dipping sauce burritos.

This has happened every time I get food here, I always order light lettuce because I can only have small amounts of it. I wind up not eating my food because I get tired of having to pick all the lettuce off which takes all the cheese with it. I think it’s time to take a break from coming to the Taco Bell in Marshall MI and it’s always been my go to.

The 17-year-old taking my order, Xander, did an excellent job. He got my family special order right. As I was waiting for my food, I then heard him handle a bilingual order with professionalism and grace. That kind of patience and customer service from a 17-year-old working a food service job is the optimism I needed to see in our society. Food came out quickly, clean, and good. DO NOT GO HERE. if you order anything with chicken, be prepared for them to just put cantina without telling you. In the past month ive ordered 3 chicken quesadillas and ive gotten cantia chicken in it instead without my knowledge. Horrible place, they need to do better.

Overall food is great. But I do not like getting charged 1.79 to swap beef with steak when there is a button they can hit for swap meat. And its only .90 cents. I used to work at tbell. Please train the employees better. No reason customers pay 5 dollar extra when it should be 90 cents each item

Ordered supreme tacos no tomatoes all my tacos had tomatoes(pretty normal for this Taco Bell, better get good at picking things off) but what I’m really upset about is the sour cream being only on one spot of my taco! Who wants to take a bite of just sour cream

This location needs to reevaluate its employees. After getting my order wrong twice and bringing to their attention Dylan copped an attitude and implied that he would fight me because I was aggervated at his inability to make a taco without lettuce which he got wrong one more time after that will be filing a complaint with corporate that is behavior I expect from waffle house not taco bell and pilot
