We stopped here on a road trip looking for something quick and better than chain fast food, and it was a great choice. The smash burger and cowboy burger were both delicious, with the cowboy being my favorite. The jalapeño mac and cheese bites were good but not very spicy. Since it’s a food truck, seating is outside at picnic tables at Shady’s Corner, but I enjoyed it. Definitely recommend!

The environment was good vibes, unfortunately we waited 15 minutes for the order to be wrong. I was charged 3.99 for old hard waffle fries that should came with the smash burger, I asked if if came with it and was charged for it. Not satisfied for my first experience..Ps there’s nothing wrong with a little bit more seasoning on them patties!

I was in Chattanooga and this place came up on a food search. It’s a little food truck behind another restaurant. We had loaded tenders DC style and chicken tenders and a smash burger. The fries tenders were awesome, but the burger was life-changing. I will be back for this burger every chance possible.

I had the fortune of being served by Eric who was manning the truck alone while being bombarded by a line that stretched into the Shady’s Corner Bar. Eric lent me advice – and for a brief moment – gave me a shoulder to lean upon (verbally). Eric’s service alone takes this truck to five (5) stars.

We stopped here on our way to Chicago from Florida and found it just looking for a good chicken place. Dumb Cluck is a food truck beside a bar that has an amazing atmosphere. The food was phenomenal and fresh, and I was very impressed with everything overall. Would definitely stop again in the future when we hope to visit Chattanooga for more than a pass through.
