All I ordered was the chicken taquitas and this is what I get. It was a to go order too, so I feel like they did that on purpose cause it wasn’t expecting me to check my bag in the car. Luckily, I was in a rush and I really just went there to pick up a slice of cheesecake for my mom’s birthday, but that’s so disappointing because the last time I came here I ordered the factory meatloaf and corn and the corn was raw. They were about to close and it was also a to go order from now on. I’m gonna have to check my order in line because they don’t care about the Togo orders at all if I was eating in the restaurant, I guarantee you they wouldn’t have served me back zero out of 10 and then when I try to call and talk to a manager, no one ever answers horrible I’d rather drive to the Westlake location.

Tried cheese cake factory for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience! Despite how busy it was we were able to get a table as soon as we got there, and our server was super attentive. Everything came at a quick speed considering how packed the place was. My entree was huge!! But it was cooked so well, comparable to my experience at Hell’s Kitchen earlier this year. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu!! Very sorry I didn’t get our servers name, he was so polite and kind! It was a little noisy and hard to hear each other, but we figure we’ll just try to go back at a time that isn’t the dinner rush. Thanks again!!

My dine in experience wasn’t terrible but it lacked a bit. Pros: my server was polite, my area was clean and it didn’t seem too busy. Improvements: One major thing was not having my plates cleared from the table after I was done. I placed them neatly on the opposite end but they just sat there. The tables are small so it makes a big difference. Also I had my cheesecake randomly packed to go when I was clearly eating in. So it made me feel a bit rushed to leave.. even worse was when I got home and discovered I paid nearly $2 for 1 small strawberry. I’ve gotten this cheesecake to go many times in the past and I have never been given so little. This was so crazy to me lol but anyways. My time wasn’t terrible, just the little details would’ve made things so much better

Went out with my family for dinner and everything was good. I got my favorite Herb Crusted Salmon and my husband tried the Gumbo. Both were a hit. My parents tried the quesadillas for the 1st time as an appetizer but felt it should have been their meal only lol. We all got cheesecake to-go. Definitely will be back.

Second time at this location dinning in and sometimes I’ll do takeout. Always packed but thankfully we make reservations beforehand. Still have to wait with reservation but not as long as someone without one. Food is good, parking lot could be bigger but other than that good food for the price and will continue to dine there.

Yesterday when I went was beyond horrible. I did a mobile order for curbside, and waited 20 minutes in my car. Nobody came out so I went inside. The one customer next to me was trying to tell me where to stand in line. I ended up going to the front desk and asking them to look up the status of my order. Keep in mind the email I received said my order will be ready at 6:39. I was inside waiting for my order until 7:20pm. Not only was the communication between the staff terrible, nobody was even running curbside orders. They called for whoever was supposed to be on curbside and made me wait another 15 minutes. Whole time my order was sitting behind the desk I was standing by for almost an hour and nobody said a word or come to my car. I even called TWICE before walking inside and nobody answered, but you want to know what they other two were doing at the desk TALKING. Yeah that’s where your tips are going. Safe to say my Valentines day plans for this Saturday with my party of 6 will NOT be at a CCF especially not for the prices they want to charge and have audacity to want tips off of. I watched over twenty people get in and out before me and I waited the LONGEST. Everyone will be hearing about my experience at THIS location.

We are big fans of Novi operation, just love it. Walked into empty restaurant in Cleveland for dinner, Greeted nicely. Seated quickly. 20 minutes before waiter even acknowledged us. Another 25 for a coke ,
Another 15 for Bread. Food very good.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED. A SHAME!

Went there on Sunday the 8th at 11:00 a.m. The place was 25 percent full. We had a table of 4. Waitress was polite took our order. Came back in a couple minutes with the drinks and never saw her again for 1/2 an hour. She said our food would be right out. 10 minutes later food came out one plate at a time. Food was Luke warm at best. Forgot my wife’s fries and forgot my son’s girlfriend’s order all together. Although they took the cold food off the bill was not happy at all especially since we were there for my son’s birthday celebration! They lost 4 patrons 4 ever.
