This might have been my worst experience at kfc but overall, it took 25 minutes to wait in line, order, and get my food and drinks. I ordered a large macaroni and asked them to change that to a chicken sandwich meal make the mac and cheese a large on the meal but they couldn’t. so they just left the large macaroni and the meal and the biscuits. i didn’t want the large macaroni anymore and i told that to the headset person twice. i asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and they rang it up as no pickle. the girl taking my order kept on rushing me and was being so rude and inconsiderate after i asked for a second. And I asked for the drink to be no ice and they put ice so i asked her to remake it and then the drink tasted like pure sparkling water. where’s the flavor? biscuits were dry. macaroni was hot and good and the sandwich was good. customer service was bad. drink was bad. wait time was bad. at least the food was good. large macaroni wasn’t even filled all the way???

My personal experience was unpleasant. Went to order something , told us it would be three minutes on the fries, we pulled around and waited for our dinner,… 20 minutes past , nothing ,… 30 minutes past , decided to go in ask what’s the delay on our order, and they said they don’t know anything about our order .we produce a receipt to show proof that we’ve been waiting on an order for 30 minutes And the cashier was so rude that we decided to go elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend coming here

Came by the window at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night (which by the way, they close at 9:30 p.m). I ordered a 16 piece bucket of chicken extra crispy and the employee said they couldn’t give me that because they only had original recipe. I asked why and was told they just didn’t have any extra crispy chicken available. Then when I asked if they could make some, she said she guessed they could but it would be 45 minutes. I told them that was fine, we would wait. She looked totally annoyed when we got to the window but I wasn’t sure why, it’s not like she had to physically cut it up and bread it herself. She’s literally just dropping it into the fryer or whatever.
I wouldn’t recommend this KFC to anyone at all. This wasn’t my first negative encounter here. It’s sad when you want something from a restaurant as famous as KFC and their own employees hinder the customers from getting what they want. SMH for sure! Shame on you Albertville KFC. Thumbs down. Oh and by the way, lots of people like extra crispy chicken. Maybe don’t stop making it at 6:00 p.m.

This pieces of chicken liver soknt justify for what I paid..jfc in Albertville need to be closed you are the worst chain ever..this will be last to buy from this place.. I ordered three large chicken liver and ended up small tiny pieces.dry and burnst as well..never eat or order on this branch go somewhere but not Albertville.. supposed its whole pieces of ten to 12 whole livers not a chop chop pieces..for 8 dollars. You are all embarrassing…you need to close your store ahen o was there the two customers also dining in return their food cause they said its dry and burnt….you cant do business scamming your customers.. shame on the management

Order an 8 piece. Drove to the window and paid for my order. Drove off, got home and noticed someone working at the kfc in Albertville only put 6 pieces instead of 8. I highly recommend if you order from kfc in Albertville check every single thing you ordered and make sure you are not short on the order you place. They will cheat you out of your money. I am very dissatisfied with the person that shorted me my order. And i had to pay for a 8 piece but on received 6.

After doing an online order which included my phone number, I get to the Albertville, Al location and stand at the counter for exactly 8 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Once I told the gentleman what I was there for, he proceeds to tell me that they are out of chicken pot pies in which that is what I had ordered. So first off this is the FOURTH time at this same location in the last month that this has happened. It doesn’t matter what time of day or night you go. However the problem is they never even had the courtesy to call me and waited until I got there to tell me. So by this time I am aggitated. It’s called an online order for a reason. If ya’ll don’t figure put these issues and get this resolved this location will close just like the one in 7 miles down the street. The customer service is horrible and the food I ended up with wasn’t even worth eating !

They never get the order right. It never fails every time either something won’t be there and yes they charge you it, or it’ll be completely wrong. Definitely check order before you get home. Maybe one way they’ll get it done right. Lol
