Very nice staff, we were served promptly and the food was delicious ! I had a salad with fried chicken and ranch dressing. She had chicken Fingers dinner. All was.good, pricing acceptable, staff friendly, store clean. What’s not to like? See for yourself. Nuff said..

The “bbq” wings I ordered were more like plain breaded no sauce wings. Could’ve been better in my opinion. The first couple of times I tried this place after renovation were good. Seems to already be going down hill with sloppy service.

Much nicer than typical hamburger joint. The Oriental style salad was delicious. They forgot to give us sweet and sour for thr egg rolls, but I remembered seeing it on TV and they gave us some when asked.

Pros about my visit here today was that my food came out fast and was very good. I always like zaxbys. But unfortunately for this visit, both restrooms did not have any toilet paper. Recommend that if you go to this zaxbys you bring your own or don’t go to the restroom. If this review was helpful, let me know by pressing the thumbs up below!

Paid for an extra Zac sauce to get this. The whole point of going through a drive thru is not having to get out of my car but when they can’t even give you a straw with your drink and you have to get out anyways it’s a huge inconvenience. I’ll go back to Carl cannon before I ever go back here.

The woman who served me was very polite. She accommodated me an alternate when a item I ordered was out of stock. Food tasted good. The music was uplifting and faith based. Good atmosphere for the family.

WOW could not even eat this, I had boneless chicken and fried pickles, was so hard could nit even eat them!!!! What a waist of time and money…what happened to good food.?? I would take it back but am traveling and not able to. This is a disappointment. Will not go bak and do NOT recommend. Save your money and go someplace else.

The girl that was at the register taking our order was not very receptive and kind of sour, like she didn’t want to be there at all. Not one thank you when paying or when she finally called our name 30 minutes later. While I was waiting for 30 minutes for our food, along with others she was not very pleasant to any of them. Most of the pop choices said empty. Our first and last time at Zaxby’s. A couple good notes, clean bathrooms and food was pretty good. Probably good for at least one try.
