Not only do they have no pizza available. The lobby of 12 people & 3 that walked out. But, there taking crap about customers calling in I guess. No gloves or hair net. Definitely no washing hands here. There real loud in bk talking bad about customers. I can’t believe it. I’ve been waiting over 10mins for a $5 hot and ready. I’m about to walk out. Phone is ringing and nobody answering. This is crazy.

I ordered a pizza through the online I asked for extra sauce it told me it was going to be done at 2:41 I got there at 2:36 I asked the gentleman is the pizza ready he said no it says it’s not supposed to be ready until 2:41 so that’s when it’ll be ready. Very rude it didn’t look like it but you can’t really see underneath the cheese so driving where my destination is like 15-20 minutes away I get there and this pizza is dry as hell I call customer service where I spend 6 7 minutes on the phone and still don’t get to talk to anybody Little Caesars is just gone downhill so bad.. as you can see by the images I posted not only is there not exercise on it but I don’t think there’s any sauce at all. Meanwhile 9 minutes later I’m still on hold

This was disappointing order. I ordered ahead of time for two extra most bestest pizza and it looks like a hot and ready. I got a email stating my order was ready and u wasn’t able to get pizza from the heating pick up portals. The cashier couldn’t find my pizza by my first name, and when she finally did it was on the back counter. It was cold ! Was not with the 15 extra mins of me waiting in line. They also touched so many other things while handling the food. Like their headphones and ears. They had trash on the pizza pan.

Im seeing men not wearing belts, which would lead to a pack of sanitation and cleanliness. He’s gotta pull his pants up at some point. And likely not wash his hands after. Again yalls food is good. This location needs a manager up front, or a sign in app. I ordered over the phone, and was told that it would be 15-20 minutes. It was closer to 45-1 hour! The pizza was hot, but definitely not ready. The next time I went during the day for some crazy bread. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the drive through window, and they didn’t have any bread ready. I went to Sonic and got a pretzel in under 5 minutes!

I experienced the absolute worst customer service tonight at the Little Caesars on Wilson Road. The lobby was packed with a sea of customers waiting on prepaid orders. From what I could see, only three employees were working, and unfortunately they were not operating as a team. They appeared to be laughing, moving very slowly, and showed zero sense of urgency despite the large crowd waiting.
Many customers, including myself, had already received notifications that our pizzas were ready for pickup and had prepaid. However, when we received our food, the pizzas were cold. The pizza warmers were not being used at all. I’m not sure if they were down, but orders were not being placed into the warmers for customers to access using their pickup codes, which caused confusion and long wait times.
This location seriously needs better management, stronger teamwork, and improved customer service. Prepaid customers should not have to wait in a crowded lobby only to receive cold food. I hope this issue is addressed quickly because the current experience is unacceptable.

I arrived at 7pm on this last Sunday night and was told it was a 45 minute wait for a hot n ready by a manager who didn’t want to give her name. She finally gave a name after asking for the manager and she stated she was the manager, named Amanda. Never going back and the neighborhood should heed the reviews
