Great drinks
We went here after going next door to check out Buttercoop Bakery’s grand opening. We didn’t order at food because we enjoyed treats from Buttercoop, but we enjoyed their drinks.
One coco milk matcha, one coconut smoothie, and one egg coffee. All delicious! I’m a big lover of matcha, so I really enjoyed the drink being less sweet and more bitter. You can always adjust the level of sweetness for your drink too.
One thing I liked about this place is the amount of variety on their menu. They have all sorts of coconut milk and coconut juice smoothies and milk teas, it made it hard for me to choose. Guess I’ll have to come back! If you’re allergic to dairy, their coconut drinks are an excellent option without sacrificing quality and taste.

I was looking forward to trying this place out for the drinks, banh mi, and pho. Maybe we came here on an off day, but the pho was a bit salty and the noodles were over cooked for us. The egg coffee, was pretty good and strong. The interior is pretty small and shares space with another restaurant.

The pho was delicious!!! Very authentic and not oily like some of the phos in Beaverton are. No wonder cause the place is family Vietnamese own restaurant and even the drinks are really good. Their first restaurant location is DBs Kitchen in Hillsboro and so I was happy to hear they finally opened this location in Bethany!
– Pho is flavorful and a good portion of noodles and meat
– rose lychee jasmine tea was really good
– strawberry smoothie 10/10
Inside is a bit small but good for a quick snack or chill date night. Pho was so good I would take it Togo.

Small Vietnamese eatery in Bethany, I stopped by for lunch on the weekend. I had a grilled beef Banh Mi which was great, and decent value for $8.50. Would recommend, and will stop by again in the future.

I ordered the V1PHO. It was a very warm and tasty soup, perfect for this season!They have many kinds of yummy drinks too! I had a “Coco Milk Macha”.It was not too sweet so I enjoyed it to the end! The service was excellent and I would like to try the “banh mi “next time!

Their drinks are SOOOO GOOOD!!!! I never see drinks like their Coco Juice series in particular! It’s that young coconut juice with the coconut jelly/meat and the cream foams they add on top are soooo good! I’ve tried the matcha and and ube one and love them both!!! It’s such a good combo and they don’t add additional sugar because the coconut juice is already sweet. As someone who always gets 50% sweetness drinks, it’s the perfect amount of sweetness.
I’ve also tried their taro milk tea and it tasted great, again not overly sweet and did not taste artificial. I think they might blend with real taro? Looking forward to trying more drinks from them!! They are soo worth it!
I’ve tried both vegetarian banh mi as well and they’re both very solid! Would love more veggies in them personally but I just love veggies
